"Alright. I need to do it. I need to. No backing out this time."

Thad looked over to Blaine. "Has Jeff finally lost it?"

Blaine laughed. "No, he's psyching himself up. He promised himself that the next time he sees Nick, he's just gonna kiss him, since he's utterly incapable of talking to him."

"Wait, really?" Thad grinned. "Dude, Nick's planning to ask him out real soon here. This is gonna be great."

It wasn't long after that when Nick walked up to Jeff, a purpose in his walk. "Jeff, wil-"

He was cut off by Jeff taking his face in his hands and kissing him. Nick dropped his coffee- which was luckily empty- draping his arms over Jeff's shoulders and kissing him back.

Blaine quietly walked over and picked up the coffee cup, although he doubted they would have heard a hurricane, while Thad took out his phone and silently took a few pictures of them, making sure at least one was good.

"What are you doing?" Blaine whispered to him.

"They'll be embarrassed now and thank me later," Thad replied just as quietly. "Not many people have an odd best friend to immortalize their first ever kiss."

"You're odd, alright."

"Oh, shut up. Imagine if you had a picture of your first kiss with Kurt, trapping the moment, preserving it forever for you to show at your wedding or embarrass your kids with."

Blaine paused. "Touché."
