FC: Depends on the situation. If you're in Reaper's AU, he can kill you with a single touch. But otherwise he's just a guy with a big scythe. Nightmare's pretty strong if there's a whole lot of negative energy around. The same with Dream and positive energy. But if there isn't any of their respective energies then there's only so much they can do.
