Within the leaves of the great, mystical tree, a lively party was well underway. Tables of food and drink had been set up on the broad branches and colourful decorations hung all around the attending group. The moon was up, but the tree was well lit by the beautiful lights of large fireflies.

Everyone was happily celebrating the birthday of a young skeleton. Despite the recent happenings, most had high spirits. Some were gorging themselves on the food, some were getting high off sugar, others were socialising. A few chose to stay in their own suspended rooms, either because of injuries or because of their current mental state.

Somehow, despite nobody setting out any alcoholic beverages, a couple of the skeletons had managed to get drunk. It's suspected that someone had spiked the drinks, though nobody has any idea on who did it. Still, everyone was having fun.

While all this was happening, something crept in the shadows. An unfinished creature whose body was constantly changing, glitchy and almost looked like a hologram. It paused to survey the area, then it's body split into many different creatures that scattered.

"Killer, what are you doing?" Crow asked.

Killer had walked up to Crow in a drunken state and hugged one of her wings tightly, refusing to let go.

"You're so fluffy, Nighty." He cooed.

Crow raised an eyebrow. "I'm not Nightmare."

Killer momentarily looked up at Crow, staring at her.

"Oh." He resumed burying his face in the soft feathers. "You're so fluffy, Crow."

Crow glanced into the drink she had in her hand before leaving it on one a table, deciding that she'd best not get drunk tonight.

"Whatever happened to FC?" Error asked as he nibbling on a muffin.

"She's probably shaking in fear in a corner." Horror grumbled.

Crow sighed. "I doubt it."

The glitchy creatures perched themselves around the tree, covering a large area. They dug their claws into the bark and their eyes began to glow. From their unnerving bodies, light shot out and formed a screen on some kind. Everybody stopped what they were doing and stared at the massive screens as they started to form an image.

It was a live video of FC.

"Hey ya'll." Her voice echoed around the group.

"FC!" Nightmare hissed. "Where the hell were you this whole time?"

"Oh you know, just hanging. By the way, I can't see any of you. We forgot to set up cameras."

"As unorganised as always." Crow mumbled.

"So basically, I'm here to tell you guys about some game Entity and I are working on-"

Dust stood suddenly, glaring at FC. "You're working with Entity?"

"Yep. Anyways, we have made a game for everyone to participate in. And before any of you object, ya don't get a choice in the matter."

"What kind of game?" Blueberry demanded.

"A fun one. And it should begin in three...two...one.."

Portals suddenly opened under everyone's feet. It was too late for anyone to react and everyone fell. FC's cartoonishly evil laughter echoed as the screens disappeared.
