He tries to sit up and groans before lying down again. "My body is being a bitch."

"What's wrong?" I ask, turning to face him.

"My body is still paralyzed from sleep."

"Is there something I can do to help? Are you seeing things?"

"I'm not seeing anything. It should wear off in a second."

I kiss his shoulder. "Alright."

He moves his fingers and then slowly sits up all the way this time, running his fingers through his hair. "I'm not going to sleep if you can't."

"Okay." I bite my thumb softly.

"What are you doing?" Levi crawls up to me.

"What?" I take my thumb out. "Sorry, habit, I wasn't summoning Titan."

"Didn't think you were and wouldn't be unhappy if you did."

"I talked to him." I tell him and sit up. "We've made a sort of truce."

"I'm happy for you."

"Thank you." I sigh. "Levi... this whole accepting Titan process, what's your ultimate goal?"

"For you to live harmoniously."

"You won't take him away?"

"I don't have a reason to if they don't hurt you or others. Why, do you want me to...?"
