I wake up on an unfamiliar couch in what seems to be an office. Everything feels... weird, but not super unnerving. It's hard to explain. The setting is familiarly unfamiliar, like I have been here once before, but only briefly. Maybe a dream, maybe a nightmare.

"You're awake," Levi says, turning around in a spinny office chair to look at me, a laptop open on his lap.

My eyes take him in. He looks like Levi, but he's older and he's uninsured, but he sounds just like him and he has his eyes. The reflection of a ring on his left ring finger catches my eyes.

I sit up tensely, preparing myself for anything. I subtly check for my gun and knife, mentally cursing when I feel I'm unarmed.

"Where are we?" I ask.

"You're at my house again. Do you not remember last time?" Levi asks. "I had to tie you to a chair last time."

"Oh." I blink, memories flooding back. "You—ohh."

"Exactly." Levi nods. "So we've already established that I won't hurt you, so you can calm down and stop looking for your weapons. They're put away, and yes, you will get them back. It's been some time since you were last here. Years for us, but you don't seem much older." He plays with his ring and adjusts his glasses. "How do you feel?"

I still feel unsettled, like I was yanked out of my life which essentially, I was. "Did you kidnap me?"

"No. I have an Eren, remember? You just showed up in my daughter's bed and so I carried you here." He explains.

"So we switched again." I sigh then my eyes widen. "Oh shit."

Levi shakes his head. "Actually, my Eren is out playing with Isabel. I contacted your Levi, so don't worry."

"Fuck," I curse, "fuck, he's not safe. I need to be there!"

"Why isn't he safe?"

I narrow my eyes and stand abruptly. "I don't need to explain anything to you, jackass." I go for the door. I can't believe this happens, right after I pissed Erwin off. I can't leave my friends there alone.

The door opens and a little girl looks up at me. "Hello."

I blink a few times then push past her and run for the door.

"Levi said he's coming with Charlie and Halt, Eren. He's fine. I promise. He can find you if you're here, but not if you leave."

I pause and spin around on my heel, going back to the office, muttering. "Fine, fucking fine, but if he hurts anyone I'm holding you personally responsible."

"You look like Daddy." The girl holds her hand out. "My name is Is'bel."

I stare at the child, then weird Levi, then the child. I hesitantly take her hand. "Hi."

"Don't worry. My hands are clean. She grins. "Are you here to visit for Easter?" She hands me a pair of bunny ears.

"No."

She frowns. "But Uncle Xan-Xan is coming to hide eggs. I bet it's because you're bad at finding things." She smirks.

"Yes, I'm awful." I agree, giving Levi a look like 'can you get this out of here?'

"Eren! Other You doesn't want to be around Izzy, so can you take her?"

The other me comes in with a smile and bicolored eyes. "Yeah. Come on Izzy, let's go make some Easter treats for papa." He says then growls at me when she looks away.
