Chapter 34: Tears

Third Person POV 

It was days after the attack on Beacon Academy. The event that heavily affected the kingdoms of Atlas and Vale. The day Adam Taurus was finally killed. However, it didn't come with consequences. Pyrrha Nikos was now seen as a killer for decapitating Penny in the tournament. Atlas was seen as questionable for its actions in the creation of someone such as Penny. However the one that was affected the most was Y/N. The former white fang member now mercenary laying in the hospital as many students and friends came to see. While many came to see, there were a few that were affected heavily. 

Death-Gun. His mentor. His "father". 

Ilia. His closest friend.

S/N. His younger sister brainwashed assassin. 

Blake. His murderer. His best friend. His lover. 

In the hospital room, S/N was laying her head on his chest as she sobbed loudly. Begging. Begging her big brother to wake up. Her only family left. 

S/N: Please wake up big brother. 
She sobs onto his chest. 

S/N: Please wake up. Please big brother. Please big brother, all I ever wanted was to be with you. 
She sobs on his chest. 

S/N: I'm so sorry. 
She sobs as her ears flop down on her head. 

S/N: I'm so sorry for taking her away. Please big brother. I'm so sorry for listening to that woman. Please big brother. Please wake up. 
She sobs louder. 

On the other side, Blake held onto his hand as tears dripped down her face and onto the floor. 

Blake: He's only like this because of me. 
She mutters to herself, giving in to Adam's words. 

Blake: Y/N. 
She struggles to manage as she looks at him. 

As Blake slowly looked at him, more tears slowly ran down her cheeks as she caressed his cheek. 

Blake: Wake up Y/N. 
She said as tears ran down her cheeks. 

Blake slowly brought up his hand touch her cheek. 

Blake: Please Y/N. 
She said as tears dripped down her chin. 

Blake: Please wake up. I don't want to lose you again.
She said as she looks down. 

Blake: Y-Y/N. Please don't leave me. 
She begged. 

Blake: I-I'm so sorry. 
She said as her hands started to shake heavily. 

Blake: For listening to him. *sobs* For listening to Adam. *sobs* For hurting them. *sobs*.Taking them away. *sobs* But please Y/N. Please don't leave me again.  

Y/N's POV 

Dream 

I felt a cold breeze hitting against my skin as I felt the cold wind blow against my ears. I slowly opened my eyes and saw that I was standing in front of a beach of some sort. 

"Where am I?" 
I said out loud as I heard the waves crashing down onto each other. 

???: Y/N. 
I heard her voice once more. 

"Amelia?" 
I asked as I turned around to see her. 

Amelia: Y/N. 
She said with a small smile. 

"A-A-Amelia." 
I said as tears ran down my cheeks before falling to my knees. 

"I-I-I'm so sorry." 
I felt myself falling apart in front of her. 

Amelia: No need to cry Y/N. 
I felt her arms around my neck as I sobbed into her chest. 

"I'm so sorry." 
I sobbed lightly into her. 

Amelia: Y/N. 

"I should have protected you then." 
I told her. 

"I should have taken the hit!" 
I yelled as I cursed to myself. 

Amelia: Y/N. 

"A mentor always looks after his pupil." 
I cursed to myself, sobbing into her chest. 

I felt her arms slowly make me look at her. 

Amelia: You were the best I could have asked for. 
She said before kissing me. 

I felt her warm lips against mine as I kissed her back. 

Amelia: Because of you, my life was worth living. 
She said as she looked at me. 

???: Amelia! Let's go home! 
I heard another voice. 

I felt her arms slowly let go of me as she slowly backed up. 

"No. Don't go please." 
I pleaded as I held my hand out towards her. 

I felt her hand hold mine in hers before kissing me again. 

Amelia: You did what I couldn't have done. 
She said with a tear. 

Amelia: You took down the one that hurt us both. 
She said as a tear ran down her cheek. 

???: Amelia. Let's go home. 

Amelia: Goodbye my mentor. 
She said as she gave me another kiss. 

A goodbye. 

Amelia: I'll always love you Y/N L/N. Please don't cage yourself. Don't give in because of me. You gave me everything I could have asked for. 
She said as she held my hand. 

Amelia: But please Y/N, move on. 

I looked at her as I felt her hand tighten around mine. 

Amelia: I love you Y/N L/N. I'll see you on the other side. 
She said as she started walking away. 

Amelia: Say hello to father for me. 
She said as she slowly faded away. 

I watched her as she walked away, joining her family. To be reunited with them once again. 

"Goodbye Amelia."
