( EMILY'S POV BEFORE SEEING MASON CARRYING SELENA : )

I woke up. I was lying on the floor?

My eyes wandered around the mysterious room.

Wait a minute..

I then remembered that I was in Selena's place! I stood up and brushed myself clean.

I looked around and soon realised that I was the only one left.

Where did the others go?

Did they leave me?

Hmmmm.

I walked towards the kitchen to grab a glass of water.

Then, my phone started vibrating.

I opened up my phone and noticed a message from one of my friends,

" Where are ya gurl?? "

" I just woke up.... Why? What's going on? ".

" OMGGGG. DID YOU FORGET ABOUT THE PRESENTATION TODAY?!?!?!? ".

My brain frozed.

I completely forgot about an important presentation I had to show to my team. It was the latest design of a camera.

I quickly replied,

" HOLY SHIT. OMFG. I'M SORRY. I'M OTW! ".

I gulped down the rest of my water, then grabbed my belongings and rushed out the door.

On my way towards the lift, I spotted a man carrying a lady.

I looked closer.

Trying to get a better view of them.

Then,

my jaw dropped.

It was Mason and he was carrying Selena.

He soon walked towards me.

" Is Selena alright??? What in the world happened?!?! ", I wondered.

I got worried instantly.

Then I asked,

" W-What's going on? ".

Mason started crying.

" Something serious must have happened! ", I figured.

" Are you in a hurry? ", he asked with a sad tone.

" Well yeah, I am. But, is this important? ".

" J-just follow me. ".

Based on his tone, it seemed as if he had been crying for hours...

I quickly whooped out my phone and messaged my friend, telling her to postpone the presentation to an hour later.

Once settled, I followed Mason back to Selena's place.

We both walked inside, Mason then carefully placed Selena on her bed.

He came out, he was walking as if someone had stab him hard.

Then, he collapsed on the couch next to me.

Tears were flowing out.

" W-What happened?! Why are you crying so much?! ".

" Selena.... She doesn't remember me anymore... ".

I was paralyzed at what I just heard.
