Chapter 10

AN: this chapter is sad. People are hurt and there is a big surprise new people are introduced and some come from the past.

I woke up around 3 p.m and went downstairs.

"Hello" Maria said.

"Hey Maria how are you?" I continued to look in the refrigerator for fruit.

"Good I see your car has been here but you haven't. " She said.

"Yeah it's nothing don't worry."

She walked out and I got some mango and pineapples out to make a smoothie. Maria is the maid and chef. She's been around since I was little. When my parents were gone Maria took care of me. She was my other mother and father. The only person I could really count on.

I made my smoothie and cleaned up. I went back upstairs and got my phone. I had some calls and text. I decided to look at the text in the group chat I was in with Kaitlin, and Jessica.

They weren't really talking about anything. Mostly they were asking me where I was. I replied and looked at some more stuff. I looked at my call log and realized that number hadn't called anymore. I finished my smoothie and put the glass up.

I went back upstairs and took a shower. I got out 45 minutes later and put some clothes on. Today I was going to tell Alex my decision. I knew that if I didn't go to his house I would be going by my god brothers house. I love them but I think I need to do something new. I called Alex, but he didn't answer. I went outside and got into my car and headed to Kaitlin's house. When I pulled up I saw Rodney's car and Sheldon's car. I called Kaitlin and told her I was outside. She came out and I parked on the street. I got out and went to the driveway by Rodney's car. He took my spot. He wasn't going to hear the end of it either.

"Hey Myra wassup?"

"Nothing I'm bored." I looked at Sheldon's car and pointed. "Damn he still doesn't know how to roll up how windows."

Kaitlin laughed and we went inside. I saw Rodney and Sheldon talking.

"Hey bestfriend. Hey Sheldon." I said.

"Bestfriend where you been?" Rodney said while Kaitlin went to sit on his lap. I sat in a chair and looked at my keys.

"Oh yeah Sheldon, learn how to roll up yo damn windows." I said.

"Haha I don't have to if I don't want to." Sheldon said. I rolled my eyes.

"And you" I said pointing at Rodney. "You took my parking spot. We're going to fight." I said to Rodney.

"You gone lose but it's okay ima call Alex."

"Shut up" I chuckled. "he not gone do nothing" I smirked.

"Yeah we'll see." Rodney put his hands up and looked at Kaitlin.

"I'm think I'm going to head out to Brady's house" Sheldon said. Brady was his bestfriend and he was fine.

"Alright tell him I said hey." Kaitlin said.

Sheldon got up and left. "Well I think I'm going to go too. Don't do anything nasty you two." I said before getting up. I walked to my car with Kaitlin. Rodney came to the door but didn't walk out.

"Girl he going to Brady house. You remember Brady right?" Kaitlin said as I got into the car.

"Yess. Fine Brady. Don't forget you got Rodney back there." I said laughing a little.

"Yeah and you got Alex." I looked at her with a mad face.

"Ugh don't remind me." I said annoyed
