Chapter 15

*2 months later*

My stomach was getting so big. I got up out the bed trying not to wake Alex up. We moved into the house and it was okay so far. I loved it here. I was ready for graduation so I could get a summer job to get ready for college.

"Hey I can feel when your gone." Alex said. I looked back and saw him sitting up.

"Well get up. We have school." I said. He got up and came behind me. I was getting clothes out to wear. He touched my stomach. I smiled a little.

"Happy Valentines Day to you too." He whispered in my ear. I giggled and turned around. I put my arms around his neck. "You not gone say nothing back?" He said putting his hands on my waist. I shook my head and kissed him. I bit his lip and pulled a little. He smiled and I let go.

"Happy Valentine's Day." I said I walked to the bathroom and got dressed. I don't know why but now that I was pregnant I felt real self conscious. I didn't want anybody to see my body. Not even Alex. He didn't like when I did that.

"Hey come on" he said. As I was finishing up my hair I heard a phone ring. I walked out the bathroom and Alex was sitting on the bed on his phone.

"Yeah but I can't today." He said

"Okay well let him stay at home."

"What? No you know I can't."

"No I said I can't today just stop asking I'm not changing my mind. I'm going out with my boys tonight." He said. I stared at him and he got up. He walked out the room and towards the living room. I grabbed my phone and charger and walked to the kitchen.

Alex got off the phone and yelled for me. I told him I was in the kitchen. He came and sat on the island.

"Can you get down?" I said in the refrigerator.

"Nope. Now can we go." He said. I grabbed my purse and he grabbed the keys off the hook and we got in his car.

I turned the radio down after he drove for a while. I couldn't get some stuff through my head. "So we're not doing anything tonight?" I asked looking at my hand in his. Since we moved into the new house every time we got into the car we held hands. I didn't think it was safe but I just went along.

"Not really. Do you want to do something?" I got a little angry. I nodded my head and got my phone. I put my headphones in. I turned my music up extra loud. I looked at the road. When Alex pulled up to the school I got out and hurried inside.

I went and sat with Kaitlin. She had some balloon and roses.

"Aww did my bestfriend get you that?" I asked. She shook her head. She leaned in.

"Brady did but I don't know what to tell Rodney." She said. I stared with my eyes wide open.

"Idk but it's good that you know you actually got something."

"What happened? Do I need to kill Alex ?"

"Well he was on the phone and he said he was going out with his boys and I'm like really today of all days. Then when I asked he said no and then asked did I want to do something." She shook her head.

"Well if you don't do anything you can come with me and Rodney." She said.

"Yeah but I don't want you to ruin your night." Rodney walked over with a big bouquet of balloons and three things of flowers. He gave one to Kaitlin and one to me.

"Happy Valentine's Day" he said.

"Thanks baby."

"Thank you bestfriend."
