Mine Forever

Chapter 8

I woke up and looked my phone. I just left it alone and got ready for school. I was tired from last night.

I went downstairs to see my mom put a note on the counter.

"We went out of town. See you soon."

I really hate living this life. I guess it's okay with the money but with my mom being the best director in the world people can't stop calling them.

I heard a knock on the door and went to see who it was. "Babe open up please."

"Hold on." I unlocked the door and saw he was carrying a bag.

"Can I come in? Are you parents home?"

"Yeah and no. They're out of town."

He came in and looked around. He followed me to the kitchen and we sat at the table.

"I brought you some food. I can't have my girlfriend at school hungry. I like your house it makes me feel comfortable."

"Yeah I'm ready to get out of it too."

"No why?"

"I'm always alone."

"Yeah I know the feeling."

"Let me go get ready. Stay here and eat. If you need anything let me know. But help yourself to anything."

"I should come with you. You know just in case."

"No lol your not coming. Just stay here I'll be back."

I went up stairs and showered as quickly as I could. I came back with my stuff.

"Hey it's been over 30 minutes. What were you doing?"

"I showered and got dressed did my hair."

"Well I didn't think your process would take that long. I mean you look amazing but nevermimd"

"Yeah your not helping yourself."

"Let's go. I'm driving you to school from now on."

"No why? I can drive."

"Because we can make a statement."

"I guess"

"Yeah and eat your breakfast in the car."

"Fine."

We left and I slowly ate my breakfast. It was nice to be on the passenger side.

"So I know that a lot of girl come on to you at school and I don't want to be in competition with them"

"Don't worry babygirl I'm all yours" he leaned over and kissed my cheek.

"Still they flirt with you and you flirt back. But I guess"

"Listen nobody will come in between us. Ever. Were in this forever."

We entwined our fingers when we got out the car. We walked in and sat at the table I usually sit at. He sat across from me. We talked a little while we waited on Kaitlin and Jessica. I enjoyed this time. When Jessica and Kaitlin came Alex leaned over the table to kiss me.

"Woah there take a breath" Jessica said.

We laughed and Alex left. I told them everything that happened. They were so happy for me. It was the first time that I didn't have to be a third wheel.

I went to class. I looked for Alex but he was no where to be found. I walked into the class and saw him standing waiting.

A girl sitting at a table nearby saw me walk in and she blew him a kiss. He ignored her and walked towards me.

We sat on the opposite side of the room and talked for a little. I was tired. I put my head down and went to sleep.

"Baby wake up" Alex was gently rocking me to wake me up. I got up and he walked me to my next class. I was still so sleepy. I was about to fall asleep on his chest while we walked. I was so glad that seniors didn't have to come to school much. I needed some sleep. All seniors were called the gym and after that we were free to go home. I couldn't find Alex in the gym so I waited.

"Alex baby come here." I heard a girl say and she came on to him. He pushed her away but she came back. More girls continued to do the same. He watched me as I walked away. I didn't want to ruin his fun so I left. I went to his car and wait for him.

He finally came and he wouldn't unlock the door.

"Bae what's wrong?"

"Nothing. I just want to go home."

"No it's something wrong. Tell me."

"If you dont want to take me home then I'll walk."

I started walking and he caught up to me.

"I'm not letting you walk home forget that. Get in the car"

I stopped and looked at him. He was seriously telling me what to do. I didn't like that but I did. I was so confusing. I went and got in the car I was so tired.

"Come to my house." Alex said.

"No I want to go to sleep. Can you drop me off at home?"

"No please you can sleep at my house."

"Alex! I want to get in my bed and sleep."

"My bed is your bed."

"If I say yes will you actually let me sleep?"

"Yes"

"Well yes then."

"Wait let's talk first."

"I'm tired, but about what" I sighed really loud.

"I want you to meet my family on Thanksgiving."

"We haven't been together that long." He sighed.

"If you don't to then just say no"

"Well maybe I don't want to say no. I just think it's early."

"Whatever. Just let me know whenever."

He had an attitude and I don't know why. It made me a little mad because he was mad about something, but I let it go.

He drove to his house and we went inside. I went upstairs and i didn't wait for him to follow. I plugged my phone in and got in the bed. I didn't wait for Alex to even get in his room. I just went to sleep.
