Chapter 27

The next day

I woke up with a major headache. Last night was fun. I enjoyed the few moments that weren't ruined. I loved that I got to spend it with Alex and my friends.

"Come on." Alex said getting out the bed. I also won queen. I really wasn't expecting it. I wanted somebody else to win, but after they said Alex was king I changed my mind.

"No I have a really bad headache." He walked over to me and helped me sit up.

"Well I'm going to go get something and I'll be back." He said. I rolled my eyes and walked to the restroom. He walked in after me and I started brushing my teeth. He walked to his side and started brushing teeth. I finished and washed face off. Alex came behind me and touched my shoulders. I threw the towel on the counter and looked into the mirror.

"Bye Alex." I said trying to walk away. He pulled on my arm and I went back.

"Is there a problem?" he said trying to sound sexy.

"Yes." I said a little loud. He let go of me and I walked out the bathroom.

"What's the problem?" Alex said coming behind me again. "Is this about Raven? Listen I really didn't want to tell you because I knew you would get upset and I know it was a big night for you." I stopped what I was doing and turned around to look at him.

"Just tell me." I said with an annoyed face. I already knew what he was going to tell me, but I really didn't think it was true.

"She kissed me. I went to the restroom and she did it." I nodded and walked closer to him. "Are you mad?" He asked. I pulled her face to mine and kissed him. I held onto the back of his neck and he moved around. He bit down on my bottom lip. He tried to stick his tongue in my mouth, but I let go.

"I'm believe you, and I trust you. I know who you come home to every night, so I have nothing to worry about." I sighed and walked downstairs with Alex.

Raven POV

"I did what you told me to do last night." I said to Alex's aunt. She nodded and smiled with approval.

"Well you know what's next. I talked to his mom and I've convinced her to have a graduation party. All you have to do is get them to breakup then. Do whatever it takes." She said. She reached in her purse and pulled out bands of money. She put it all on the table. "This money has the power to pay for Harvard for 10 years. The offer is up to you." I regretted doing this, but the money was worth it. It had to be a million dollars on the table.

"I'll take it." I said. She put all the money back in her purse and walked out the door. I sat there trying to figure out how I would do this. I finally had a plan.

Myra POV

Later....

"Alex I like these." I said looking at sandals online. He turned the iPad towards him and laughed.

"Really a thousand dollars for some sandals you will only wear once?" I laughed and shook my head.

"No I would wear these maybe 3 times. Before my feet swell again." I raised up off Alex and looked at my feet. They were swelling again today. I laid back down as Alex looked at them more.

"Maybe." He said with a smirk. I locked it and sat it on the table. I looked up at his chin while he played his game.

"Alex." I said trying to distract him. He looked down and back up. I got closer to him but my stomach blocked me.

"Yeah." He said not even focusing. I could tell he just wanted to play.

"Meet me play." I said. He paused it and looked down at me again. I laughed and smiled. He gave me the controller and guided my hands to help me.
