Chapter 21

3 weeks later - Alex POV

"Myra come on" I yelled from downstairs. We were going to the movies to see a new movie. Something different for us. Especially after all this fighting I just wanted to treat her to something.

"I'm coming down now." I walked out the kitchen and put my hands in my pockets. I looked at Myra who was in a long dress and denim jacket. She walked down the stairs. She walked towards me and I kissed her. "What's that for?" She asked looking up at me.

"You look amazing." She frowned at me and looked down. We walked out the door. I opened up her door and closed it after she got it. I got in and drove off. I was a little upset that Myra got mad when I said she looked amazing.

"So" she said

"What? No I can't even keep this in anymore. Why did you get upset when I told you you look amazing?"

"Because I feel amazing. I love the twins, but being pregnant is not fun I really don't like how I look."

"You need to stop that. You don't look bad. I love the way you look."

"But I don't. Who cares about what everybody else thinks if I don't like it?"

"You should care what I think though. I'm not gone lie to you."

"I know that. But I don't like to look at how I look now. I don't feel the same."

"Your the same person you just have 2 people inside of you." I parked and opened her door. "You tripping for no reason. Everybody love you for you. Pregnant or not you still you." I kissed her cheek. We went inside the movie and waited for it to start.

After the movie we went out to eat. Myra wanted to eat at the movies but I didn't feel like hearing about her getting sick afterwards.

"Your such a baby. Why can't we just go out to eat?" I asked as I sat down. I laughed a little.

"Because I wanted to eat there and you wouldn't let me."

"Yeah cause you know you would have gotten sick and how were you going to see? You covered your eyes most of the time." She laughed and hit my hand.

"Whatever. You made me watch that scary ass movie knowing I would do that."

"I didn't. Haha your scared."

"I'm not. It was funny when it was on the scary part and you tried to move my hands and I bit you."

"Yeah that hurt too. But what you want?" I looked at the menu and she looked at hers. The waiter came and took our orders. He wouldn't stop staring at Myra. I found it a little weird. He walked off and Myra frowned at me.

"What?" I asked

"I know you mad about that" I nodded.

"Yeah but I know who you going home with at the end of the day" she tried to smile.

"But I don't like you so...."she laughed making me laugh.

"Oh you talking shit now?" I said lowly.

"Yeah but you not gone do nothing." I smirked at her. Another waiter came back with our food.

"Fat ass" I said as the waiter sat a huge plate of food in front of Myra.

"Love you too." She said staring at it.

"What?" I said laughing. She started eating and I ate too. After we were done I paid for it and we left. We were getting into the car and I noticed a couple walking. They looked happy, but you could see they weren't.
