Chapter 19

One Month Later

ALEX POV

"Myra wake up." I shook her lightly. "No" she said turning over. I got in the bed behind her and put my hand on her waist. She moved it but I put it back.

"Don't make me go in there." I said. She shrugged her shoulders. I did what I had to do. She moaned and groaned. I stopped and raised her up. "You getting up now?" She bit her lip.

"Yes." She said rolling her eyes. She sat up in the bed she was getting out when I pulled her back. She laid on the bed smiling. I got on top of her.

"Stop doing that." I whispered in her ear. She laughed and I got off her. She walked in the bathroom and got in the shower. I was already dressed. I went downstairs and make Myra a smoothie.

I cleaned up when I was done and went back upstairs to get my phone. I got it and went back downstairs. I put some waffles in the toaster and waited. When they finished I put them on a napkin. I ate 2 while I waited.

"Oh your making breakfast now?" Myra asked as she came downstairs.

"No I just got something because you were taking to damn long." I handed her the waffles and grabbed my stuff. She grabbed her purse. I held her cup in my hand while we walked outside. I got in on the passenger side.

She ate her waffles while she drove. Only Myra. She can't stop eating to do one thing.

"Why you looking at me?" She asked looking past me to get over.

"Because your eating and driving. If that would have been me you would have been cussing me out." She laughed and got off the freeway. I looked back at the road. I got my phone out my pocket and saw I had a few missed calls from random numbers. I called one back and they answered.

"Who's this?" I said

"Ashley." I looked at the number. It wasn't a number I know. I hung up and she called back. Myra noticed the phone ringing.

"Can you answer that?" She said.

"No it's Ashley."

"Give it here." I handed her the phone and she answered. She said some stuff to her. She hung up and handed me my phone.

She pulled into the school parking lot. We got out after she parked. I looked at her big stomach. She had her purse and drink. We walked in hand in hand, but let go after she went to the cafeteria.

I walked to the locker room with some friends. I went to my locker and took some stuff out. Cameron came behind me and we did our handshake.

"Bro i been tryna call you since after it happened." He said. I looked at him confused

"What you talking about?" I asked.

"Well you know we was in the club Saturday, but you was drunk" I nodded. "Yeah so?" He sat down on the bench. "Well Ashley had came and she was trying to talk to you and you was ignoring her. So she like threw herself on me." He gulped hard."and it just happened."

"That's what you had to tell me?" He nodded and shook his head.

"Nah it's even worse." I motioned for him to continue. "After we did what we did she did it to you. I didn't think you would remember, but I had to tell you." I hadn't remembered anything that happened I just knew the next morning I woke up in the bed with Myra.

"You sure?" I knew he wasn't lying but how was I supposed to tell Myra about it.

"Yeah. She was calling me this morning telling me that sick and stuff." I nodded and walked out. I wanted to find Myra but I bumped into Ashley. My day was completely ruined.
