The rental car pulls up to the white mansion. Christian steps out, looking at all the dimly lit windows. It worries him.

Did Emily go to bed early? Christian quickly shuts the car door and quickly walks to the front porch.

After the billionaire gets inside, he shoves the keys in his blazer pocket. He flips the light on, waiting for a minute. He arches a brow.

"Em?" Christian calls out, his eyes frantically searching. "Baby? Where are you?"

Christian peaks into each room on the bottom floor of the house. When he sees no sight of his beloved, he then rushes up the grand stairwell with his heart racing.

"Emily!" Christian shouts as he makes it to the top step, "Emily!"

A door creak makes Christian freeze. He spots familiar brunette stepping out of a door, wearing a black bathrobe. Relief flows over the billionaire. He smiles and walks to Emily. She smiles up at him tiredly. He touches her hair that is pulled up into a messy bun.

              "Hi, Baby." Emily says softly.

Christian touches the silky fabric of the black robe, noticing wet spots. Emily's hands rub up his arms, holding his biceps. He smiles down at her.

"Were you taking a bath?" Christian kisses her cheek sweetly, holding her close to him.

"I just turned the faucet on when I heard you calling for me." Emily shrugs, "Did you have a nice dinner?"

"It was alright." Christian thinks of the medium rare steak and baked potato with green beans he had eaten, "Different than what we're used to."

Emily takes his hand, guiding him into the room she came out of. The first thing Christian spots is the mattress on the vinyl planking floor. He gives Emily a look.

"I thought I gave you money today?" Christian asks confused.

"You did." Emily goes into the bathroom and drains the water out of the tub. "Why?"

Christian blinks. "What did you buy?"

"I didn't waste it if that's what you're asking." Emily steps back into the bedroom, "I couldn't manage dragging our old bed frame up the stairs...too heavy."

Christian nods in understanding. He pulls her to him, his hands holding the small of he back and her bottom. Emily's hands holds the back of his neck, her fingers interlaced together. They stare deep into each other's eyes.

"What did you buy today?" Christian says softly.

"A swing set for the front porch." Emily smiles.

                The billionaire smirks. "Of course."

"I bought clothes for us...you'd have to look at yours. I tried to find outfits that would look adorable on you." The brunette grins happily, "I also bought a crib that matches our bed frame."

"What did you eat today?" The billionaire slightly sways them.

"Fried chicken with waffle fries." Emily arches a brow, "They're weird here."
