After math, I really wanted to go home. I didn't feel well and the whole Alex and Liam battle had me worried. Anxiety took a whole other level in my body when I saw Liam with a busted lip.

I wanted to run to him a hug him but he'd only be weirded out. I just watched him stalk through the halls to his locker. "Liam!" I shouted as I followed him. "Please listen, I'm so-" before I could finish he cut me off. "It's fine, Crissy. Alex is gonna be Alex. You two have fun." he then walked off.

I was ready to kill Alex. I stomped off until I saw him and his 'gang' in a corner. "Alex!" I yelled. He jumped and glared at me. I wanted to dig my nails in his neck. "Why?!" I threw my hands in the air. "We are freaking done. You put me through hell then expect me to not care?!"

I was so ready to kill him. I showed all signs of fury and anger. He just stared at me. "I hate you Alex, and I hope that you'll understand that karma is real. And I can't wait for it to come to you." I snipped. "Shut up." he laughed and slapped me across the face leaving a bruise.

"D-did you just slap me?" I hold the side of my face. "Yeah. What u gonna do about it?" he chuckled. I quickly kicked his shin leaving him on the ground in pain.

"Leave me alone." I whispered and took off to the nurses. The nurse was my aunt. Thank God. I stormed past kids and teachers until I got there. But about to reach the door, someone grabbed my arm. I gasped and whipped around for the second time today.

"Excuse m-" I see Alex's tall figure glazing at me. "Don't you ever embarrass me again like that!" he snapped and flung me into a locker. I banged my head against the metal, causing my headache to return.

"You won't have to worry about that." I slurred my words because everything got dizzy. My eyes swarmed around in so many angles. I wanted to lie there and die. "Good. Were through. Just like you're social life." he smirked and punched me in the nose. I felt tears build up and pain arise in me.

"You're welcome." he smiled and trotted off. I was now laying in great pain. I couldn't get up or move. A young 9th grader found me abut 45 minutes later. I was almost asleep.

"Oh my gosh! Are you okay!?" she gasped. "Not exactly." that's when I knew it was Shaylee. "I'll go get your aunt." she ran down the hall where the nurses office was.

"Crissy!" my aunt dropped to the floor and lifted me up. "I'm-I'm okay." I bounced across words. She stared at my pupils. "They look glassy." she whispered to herself. "Go in my office and lay down." she ordered me and I obeyed. I found the door and limped to the bed.

I lay on the white thin paper over a beige cushion. I stared at the ceiling knowing that Alex lurked out there. Back and forth across the halls. I took deep long breaths. My rib cage ached and my heart hurt. Even though Alex was abusive and a total jerk, he was a big part of my life.

Not saying he was a wonderful part but definitely a part. I heard my aunt open the door and come towards me. "Honey, you've gotten into a mess." she huffed. I nodded and sat up. "Hmm, cracked nose, bruised cheek, you look awful." she shook her head. I peek over her shoulder and see Liam sitting in a chair. A single tear flowing down his face.
