I regret eating that handful of granola.
I regret eating that bag of Cheetos.
I regret eating that bowl of cereal.
I regret eating that lunch.
I regret eating today.
I regret eating this week.I wish I could turn my stomach inside out
And pour all of the filth into the toilet,
Where I could flush it and forget. But I have to stay strong.
I have to continue eating
Without rushing to the bathroom immediately afterwardThe hardest part isn't going to be raising
My fork up to my mouth
But silencing my thoughts.
