I say "I'm sorry"
through gritted teeth.
And I am, truly,
sorry for how I said
the things I said.
They were out of line.
They were inappropriate.
They were disrespectful.
However.
I will NOT apologize
for saying those things completely
Because if
"Staying in line"
"Acting appropriately"
And "being respectful"
Means rotting from this inside out,
Being thrown into drying cement,
and feeling Death overtaking my mind
like a virus,
then fuck it.
Fuck "staying in line".
Fuck "acting appropriately".
Fuck "being respectful".
Because if I do not overcome silence,
It will overcome me
Slowly
Until I am
nothing
but a rotten
buried
corpse.
