First week of November.
I felt Tom get back into the bed, I could tell he was trying to be gentle and not move the bed, but in reality I hadn't been asleep.

"What time is it? I whispered, keeping my eyes closed.

"Shit, I didn't mean to wake you up." He whispered back, I felt the back of his hand trail down my cheek, his hand was cold.

"I was already awake." I gave him a small smile, eyes still shut.

"I should have known." He sighed sadly, "It's five thirty." His voice was raspy, clearly still half asleep.

I reached for his hand on my cheek, I pulled it to my lips and kissed his rough palm before pulling myself towards him, he wrapped his arms around me and pulled me into his chest.

"Why are you awake?" I asked him, burying my face into his warm bare chest.

"I needed water." He sighed in contentment and kissed the top of my head. "Why aren't you asleep?"

I shrugged. "I don't know, I guess I'm just nervous about later."

"I think," He pulled back a little, lifting my chin towards his face, I finally opened my eyes and almost gasped, he was so perfect with his shaggy blond hair going wild, falling into his face, his green eyes beautiful and intense, looking into my own. "You need to be distracted." He whispered, his lips brushing against mine as he finished his sentence.

I tried to hold in my gasp, his actions sending flutters all over my body, I started to heat up quickly.

I nodded and leaned into his lips, pushing mine to his with a force I wasn't expecting from myself.

His arms wrapped more tightly around me as the kiss deepened, I hitched my right leg around his hip, trying to get as close to him as possible.

I felt him getting hard beneath me, I pushed his shoulder back to the mattress and straddled him, I pulled back and pushed off his chest, I leant back and pushed my hair out of my face, both of us breathing heavy.

He looked up at me with such love in his eyes that I felt it in the pit of my stomach.

He grabbed my hips and started to move them, making me grid on him.

I could feel myself getting more and more excited.

Suddenly I saw a flash out the corner of my eyes and jumped, I turned to see a bald man standing in the doorway to the bathroom.

I screamed and jumped off Tom, pushing myself into the mattress.

"Lily, what's wrong?" Tom asked, his voice laced with panic.

I looked over where I'd seen the man and there was nobody there, no evidence at all that there ever had been, nothing there to make me think there was anyone in sight.

"There - there was - shit." My breathing picked up and I covered my face with my hands, trying to calm down.

Tom's voice was close to my ear, I could feel the heat of him as he pressed himself against me, he grabbed my wrists and tried to pull my hands from my face.

"Serious Lily, what happened, did I do something?" He questioned, the panic not leaving his voice.

"No, no it wasn't you." I managed to get out.

I started to cry, almost sobs ripping through my aching chest.

He pulled my hands away finally, the worry on his face was heartbreaking. "I thought I saw someone, a man, stood in the bathroom doorway." I cried.
