"I am afraid to tell her."

"Would you be able to live with it though?"

"No. I can't bear to keep anything from her."

"I wouldn't tell her now. We don't want her to stress about it."

Thor sat there in silence, not knowing what to do. Pepper's phone rang so she picked it up.

"How's Carol doing Pep?"

"She's fine. I found Thor though."

"Where is he?"

"Sitting with me. Carol doesn't know."

"Keep it that way. I'm coming to your location."

Pepper heard the sound of Tony's suit landing on the ground. He opened the door, and made eye contact with Thor.

"Where have you been this entire time?"

"Looking for Carol after you kidnapped me."

"First of all, I didn't kidnap you, and secondly, I am still pissed at you."

"You're the one who stabbed me with a tranquilizer."

"To calm you down."

"What did you say?"

Tony looked at Pepper who rolled her eyes.

Thor kept laughing, making Tony even more mad.

"Tony lower your voice. Carol's sleeping."

"I am two seconds from snapping his neck."

"Please. You'd be doing me a favor."

"Don't even Tony."

Tony cursed at Thor, and sat down.

"Have you and Steve thought of a plan?"

"No. At least not yet."

"I told Thor it would be no use to hide it."

"Telling her would make things worse."

"I have decided to tell her, just not right now."

"When you get your ass kicked, it won't be my problem."

"Am I allowed to see her now?"

"Don't wake her up."

"I won't."

Thor got up from his chair, and walked to his room. He saw Carol sleeping peacefully and smiled. He kissed her on the forehead, and sat in the chair right next to his bed. He decided to sing an Asgardian song that Frigga used to sing.
