"Good morning."

Thor smiled at the barely awakened Carol, who brushed her hair from her face. She blinked her eyes a few times, trying to adjust to the lighting. 

"What time is it?" She yawned.

"7:35. It is quite early."

"Not by much."

She laid in his arms, looking at the ceiling. 

"ᛒᚤ ᛗᚤ ᛋᛁᛞᛖ,

 ᛁᚾ ᛗᚤ ᚺᛖᚨᚱᛏ, 

ᛋᛏᚱᛁᛞᛖ ᚠᛟᚱ ᛋᛏᚱᛁᛞᛖ,

ᚾᛖᚡᛖᚱ ᚨᛈᚨᚱᛏ."

(By my side, in my heart, stride for stride, never apart.)

Thor smiled as he whispered the words to himself. 

"ᛁ ᛚᛟᚡᛖ ᚤᛟᚢ."

(I love you.)

Thor smiled and responded to Carol.

"ᚠᛟᚱ ᚤᛟᚢ, ᛁ ᛚᚨᚤ ᛞᛟᚹᚾ ᛗᚤ ᛚᛁᚠᛖ."

(For you, I lay down my life.)

"What lame ass mission do we have now?"

"Hydra. The remnants are still lurking."

"This is going to be fun."

"Those bastards can't seem to die."

"At least you guys aren't going against Red Skull."

"You had to go down with the plane?"

"You could have jumped out before it went under the ice."

"Shut up. I was thinking about that at the time."

"Can we get back to the plan?"

"Sorry, go ahead Tony."

"Anyways, before I was rudely interrupted, Hydra is still lurking around. FRIDAY caught several Hydra agents in Zhukovka yesterday."

"Just send Nat and Clint. They will take care of it."

"It's not just Hydra agents. She also caught several Inhumans. They looked like Soviet science experiments."

"Who's going?"

"All of us. You never know what dangers are actually there."

Thor grabbed his axe, stood up from his chair, and sat down inside the quinjet. He put his hands through his hair, letting out a sigh. He was a little stressed, and going on the mission was making it worse. 

"What's the problem?"

"Not much. Just a little stressed."

"A little? You look like you're more than stressed."

"Slight nervousness."

"If you want I can tell Tony that you don't have to go with us."

"No. I'll be fine. It's just another mission."

Thor looked up at Carol, his eyes full of distress. She sat down next to him, silent as the plane took off. She held his shaking hand, her mind racing on the next mission. Steve sat across from them, looking at the files S.H.I.E.L.D gave them. 

"Did you find anything useful in the files?"

"Not much. Whatever Hydra was doing, they kept all of it a secret."
