Chapter 37

"Malekith."

"Thor Odinson. We meet again."

"For the last time. Your reign of evil will end here."

"I will plunge the Nine Realms into darkness, killing you along the way."

"Nice try Orc."

Peter swung right next to Thor, shooting webs at Malekith. He got tangled in them, while Thor swung his axe at him. Malekith smacked Thor in the face, making him stumble.

"You are weaker than I imagined a god to be."

"Time doesn't like me very much."

Thor got up from the ground, Mjolnir in his hand.

"You still think there's hope."

"As long as there is someone willing to take a stand, evil always loses."

Thor hit Malekith in the face with Mjolnir, making him fall to the ground. Malekith used the Reality Stone to throw Thor away from him. Peter kept shooting webs at him, but they were useless. Thor closed his eyes, trying to clear his mind of fear.

"I am too weak."

"Are you Thor, the god of hammers?"

"I am not as strong as you."

"You are stronger."

When Thor opened his eyes, they were glowing blue. Thunder could be heard, shaking the ground around him. He stood up, and grabbed Mjolnir. As he ran towards Malekith, he was blasted with the Aether. Thor struggled to withstand the power, but kept going.

"I killed you once, and I will do it again!"

Thor swung his hammer at Malekith, killing him instantly. Thor smashed the Dark Elf's head a few times for good measure. He looked up at the city, which was burning with fires, and buildings collapsed. Smoke filled the air, making the entire city foggy.

"What's the next objective?" Thor said while killing a stray Dark Elf.

"Did you kill Malekith?"

"Yes. Along with his entire army."

"We are going to need assistance with Ultron."

"This is going to be fun."

Thor flew in the air, looking for Ultron. He found his army surrounding Steve and Bucky, so he decided to kill them with his lightning.

"Glad you could make it Point Break."

"Only Stark calls me that."

"Where is the metal bastard?"

"Attacking Tony and his Iron Legion."

"Welcome back to Sokovia."

"You're not wrong."

"Get ready to kick some metal ass."

The three of them ran towards the pile of metal, avoiding bullet from Ultron. Thor jumped over the pile, hacking and slashing his way through the crowd. Tony provided air support while Steve and Bucky provided backup.

"You cleared that fast."

"This reminds me of the time we raided that Hydra base in Germany."

"And you were to stubborn to jump off of the plane, but instead crashed it in the ice."

"I didn't think of that then."

"Who's stupid now?"

Steve ignored his friend, and continued to take down multiple enemies at once.

"Where is this dude?"

"Over there."

They looked past a destroyed building and saw a figure standing in the shadows.

"Wanda and Pietro, we are going to need you guys."

"We have eyes on him already."

Thor watched as pieces of concrete started to float in the air. Pietro sped right past them, killing the remaining robots left on the street.

"Too fast for you guys?"

"You haven't changed at all."

"Let's go get this son of a bitch."

They entered the remains of a parking garage, looking at Ultron.

"The time has come."

"You are outnumbered."

"You are blinded by revenge. I have come to save this world from evil."

"You are the evil. You have taken the lives of innocent people to make your twisted nightmare come true."

"I have saved this world from what it truly is."

"Enough talking and more killing."

Tony blasted Ultron in the chest while the rest of the team attacked him. Wanda used her magic to hold him down. Thor ripped his head off, taking Ultron's heart with it.

"Got him."

Thor sat down on the ground, trying to catch his breath. He was exhausted but there was still more enemies they had to defeat. Everyone sat there silently, resting until they had to go after the others.

"We all know the plan right?"

"Go for the Dark Avengers."

"Sure. We need to get rid of them to."

Everyone split into their groups, and headed to defeat their assigned enemy. Thor gave Carol a tired smile before they both headed in different directions.

"We need to go around the left flank. Iron Patriot is right around the corner."

"So is Ragnarok."

"I am literally looking at the knock off versions of ourselves."

"They don't look that dangerous."

"Norman Osborne is one of the biggest threats on this planet."

"Are we just going to sit here and not worry about a few enemies coming towards us?"

Thor stood up from his spot on the ground getting ready to fight the villains.

"This is going to be one hell of a fight."

"I haven't seen these guys since my senior year in high school."

"Have you fought everyone before?"

"Not everyone. These guys were terrorizing an elderly man across from my Aunt's apartment, so I did what any friendly neighborhood Spider Man would do."

"You got in a fight with people larger than you?"

"How did you know?"

"Lucky guess."

Peter swing past his friends and landed by the two villains.

"How's it going guys. Nice to see you two again."

"Look it's the annoying like jerk."

"I remember you."

"I haven't forgotten about my favorite villains."

Iron Patriot shot at Peter but missed.

"He is still really fast."

Thor realized what Peter was doing and took the chance. Thor threw his axe at Ragnarok, cutting him in half. Iron Patriot flew away, not wanting to be killed. Tony saw him in the sky and blew him up with missiles.

"Dark Avengers down."

"Good work team."

"Peter was convenient with the distractions."

"You're welcome Sparkles."

Thor walked over to Carol who was sitting on a pile of rubble.

"I am extremely tired. I can't wait until this is over."

"That will be awhile."

"Yeah I know."
