I let out a small groan as my phone rings. For the past hour, I have been trying to take pictures for this sunglasses collaboration that I'm doing but everything has been going wrong.
Seeing as it is my father facetiming me, I answer the call because he will drive his ass down here if I don't.

"Ayeeee Maria." I let out a whistle as I look at my older sister who is practically my twin. "How is Sunny England treating you?"
"Like shit." She rolls her eyes. "It's been raining every single day so I haven't been able to do the outdoor shots like we planned."
"Damn, that's a shame." I pull a face.
"Don't forget whose black ass started this call." Our dad interrupts us before we can continue. "Both of your boujee asses didn't send me no good morning messages."
"Dad, it's almost ten pm here." Maria argues and he pulls a face at her which makes me laugh.
"Then your ass should have been considerate enough to send your old dad a message." Dad kisses his teeth. "Mia, what's your excuse?"
I flip the camera so they can see the set.
"Shit day at wok." I sigh as I turn the camera back on myself.
Our dad put his sunglasses on his head so that we can see him rolling his eyes out. I can't help but laugh as I pull my sunglasses off. I pat down around the bridge of my nose as we begin to catch up.
I haven't seen my sister in like a month. We usually work together on different telenovelas and she models for me but recently we haven't worked together. I know that she is still trying to find herself and become more elite. I don't know why she tries too hard, she's a fucking top model and she was Miss Universe like six years ago.
