Weeks have gone by since I broke up with Kyrie and I have just thrown myself into my business. I decided to push music to the side to focus on my fashion brand, The Antontella and my acting projects.

I've been living in my new home for months and I realised that I hardly ever go to the backyard even though I have this huge infinity pool. So for the past week, I have been gardening which is something new. I have strangely found it therapeutic and it has helped keep me preoccupied when times get tough.

As I enter my home, I am surprised to see my father sitting in the kitchen.

"Hey dad." I kiss him on the cheek. "What are you doing here?"

"He's checking up on you." I jump in fright at the sound of my grandfather's voice. "And so am I."

"Papa." I walk over to him before giving him a brief hug since he isn't the most affectionate man. "How are you doing?"

"I've been missing grand-babies

"I've been missing grand-babies." He pinches my cheek. "You guys are always working and never making time to check on this old man."

"Dad, we have to ring you a week in advance before we can even show up to yours." My dad argues and my grandfather winks at him.

"I'm a busy man."

I raise a brow at him.

"Anyways, if you guys are here about my breakup..." I pause for a moment as I pull out an acai bowl from the fridge. "Trust me when I say that I'm doing just fine. I've been staying off the internet and really just been focusing on myself."

"I'm glad to hear that." My dad pats my back before snatching my bowl.

"DAD!"
