Calum's P.O.V.
.
I strolled through the crowds, desperately searching for Bailey. The fire alarm had gone off a few moments ago, giving me an opportunity to see her for the first time this morning and I wasn't going to let it slip by.
.
Just as my eyes locked with her I felt a rough hand clamp onto my shoulder, dragging me in a different direction. I swung my head around to see Eden, a boy from the year above, was the one violently pulling me through the crowds and behind the main school building.
.
"Eden?" I questioned, unsure whether or not this really was him.
.
We had previously been the best of friends before the incident that occurred a few years ago when he believed them over me and had blatantly ignored me ever since.
.
"Don't look so happy dumb ass, I'm not here to make up."
.
I wiped the hopeful smile off my face as he didn't change his angry expression.
.
"You better watch out, Baileys pretty hot. I just wanted to let you know, that as long as you two are still best friends or whatever, you'll be seeing a lot more of me." He snickered heartlessly.
.
Flashbacks of the way he used to treat girls flowed through my mind as jealousy was raging inside of me.
.
"Stay away from her." I growled at my old friend.
.
"Don't worry dude, it won't be for long. I just want to see if she's a good fuck or not." He chuckled evilly before releasing my shirt and stranding me there, absolutely fuming.
.
How dare he talk about her like that, he'd be lucky to even talk to her. I calmed myself down as I realised Bailey didn't like guys like him, and would probably be too shy to even speak back to him in the first place.
.
Shaking off the anger, I strode out myself to search for Bailey again before rushing over to go and see her. Saturday had been so amazing, we went on all the fair rides, messed around in the sea, had a sandcastle competition. We acted like kids but that was what was so fun about it, the fact it was so laid back made me like her more than ever.
.
"Hey." I tapped her shoulder.
.
"Calum!" She grinned once she looked up and saw me. "Are fire bells always this long here?" She scowled at the length of time we'd been standing around out here.
.
"Yeah pretty much." I chuckled at the fact it would probably last until break.
.
"Should we go to the tree? It's better than standing around over here." I shrugged.
.
She nodded her head in agreement before we set off to our normal, hidden spot.
