Rafe
I walked onto a dock and saw a man stepping off a boat.
"Excuse me, do you own his boat?" I inquired.
"Sure do. Is there something I can help you with?" The man asked.
"I was wondering if you would allow me to borrow it. I will pay handsomely for the time," I offered.
"Mister, this isn't a rental place. If you want to rent a boat, Cedar Village has a rental place," the man told me.
"Look, I'm offering you an obscene amount of money to rent your boat. I will return it," I informed the man.
"Lady Luck isn't for rent," the man told me.
I looked at the man, nodding, feigning defeat.
"Sorry to bother you," I said.
The man nodded and turned, then I pulled my gun and shot him in the back. He dropped to his knees, gasping, trying to crawl away, then I shot him in the head. His body fell on the dock. I walked over and rolled his body into the water.
I walked over and untied the boat, then climbed onto the deck. First, I offer, then I take. I made my way to the engine room and started the boat, driving it away from the dock slowly. Once I had clearance, I increased the speed and steered the ship to the ship anchored out in the water.
My patience lessened with Lacey. Now, I will have something precious to her to speed up my request. I pulled up close to the other boat and cut the engine. I walked out and reached for a handlebar on the other ship, tying the boat I was on to it, anchoring the ship.
I stepped over the gap and crept around the boat, searching it until I found what I was looking for on it. I pulled my gun and tapped the person with the end of the barrel.

LandonQuinn and I were sleeping when I felt something hard tap me in the head, waking me. I looked to see Rafe pointing a gun at me.
"Say a word, and she dies," Rafe whispered, referring to Quinn. "Get up," he ordered.
I sat up and grabbed some pants, pulling them on along with a shirt.
"Now, move," Rafe ordered as I started walking. He shoved me as I stumbled.
We emerged from the cabin.
"Grab the key, and don't think about doing anything stupid. I would hate for your parents to mourn your death before I have a chance to finish business with them. Now, do it," Rafe ordered.
I went to the upper deck and grabbed the key, returning with it. Rafe snatched it from my hand. He waved the gun at me to leave the boat. I climbed down to the lower deck to find Asher lying on it with blood around him. He wasn't moving.
I stepped over the gap onto the other boat as Rafe followed me. Once we were both on it, he untied the boat and forced me to drive back to the shore.
"You all thought you were smart, hiding at a place no one would look. You weren't that smart," Rafe said over the roar of the engine.
"What did you do to Asher?" I questioned.
"You need not concern yourself with dear Asher. He learned what happens when you betray me. He came to me with nothing and will leave this world with nothing," Rafe answered.
I furrowed my brows as I made my way to shore. We pulled up to a dock, and Rafe ordered me to tie the boat up. After securing it, he shoved me onto the pier. I stood up and looked at him. I had two options; I could allow him to kill me or fight like hell.
