42 || 𝐖𝐄𝐋𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐄 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐈𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐄

While the new parents, Donnie and Osa admired the arrival of their son, Barrett, Leo, Raph, and Mikey were already boarding a plane to fly back to Spokane. As each minute went by, the three brothers dwelt on whether Osa was okay or if Donnie was sane. They couldn't stop thinking about the possibilities of their sister in law being dead or their brother going crazy inside the school.

Mikey was hopeful about this stressful situation. "Guys, I'm sure everything is okay. Osa is strong, and Donnie can get through anything that's thrown at them."

Raphael and Leonardo glance at their little brother as they hear the chatter from the Titans inside the plane. Whoever was flying this plane was already off the ground, and soon, the three brothers, the leader of the Titans, and all of the accompanied help would arrive in Spokane. 

Leo smirked at Mikey. "You're optimistic, brother."

Mikey shrugged. "Kinda have to be, dude..." He trailed off. "Especially in this world."

"Sometimes it's tough to be hopeful nowadays. I'm sure we all knew that already." Raph says to them. While he thought of those words of his, it made him think of his young friend, Nixon. He used to be a very hopeful kid, and now he doesn't seem that way. One day, Nixon just left, and he hasn't been seen since then. But someone knows where Nixon is.

It pained Raph that he didn't know where Nixon was. He just hopes that he is okay out there, especially with Wicked taking base at the hospital.

Cormac, Osa's older brother, had just finished killing off infected on the outer perimeter of his community. In this cold, he had a lot of his Arctic Shifters to help him fend off the enemies outside the wall structure. Just as he and his crew were nearly finished killing a few Walkers and Runners, Cormac got a call from his wife, Robin, from inside the mall. He took the radio off his hip and says, "Go ahead, sweetheart?"

"Osa! Your sister gave birth!"

His ears perked up with excitement. "Really?" He felt himself smile, holding a sword-like weapon in his hand and the radio in the other. "Is she okay?"

The other shifters were finished killing the infected outside the walls. As soon as the screams and shrieks were silenced, they caught their breath.

"Yes." Robin replied through the radio. "Donnie is there. And the others are returning home shortly from Seattle."

"Was Seattle a success?" He asked his wife.

"We'll find out, baby." She says to Cormac. "Come inside when you're done. We'll talk more about it."

As Cormac made his way into the mall with his Arctic Shifter companions, he realized that he hadn't seen a few of his loyal shifters lately. Abby is nowhere to be found... Tora, Lydia, a few others... did they go missing, too? He hoped they were okay.

Kharoma was grazing around the snow-covered ground outside the school. She heard the good news that Osa had given birth to her son, Barrett, but sadly lost the firstborn. Then, she was approached by Uma, the mutant turtle-lizard who has a fascination with Leonardo. The mutant jogged up to the horse to check on her. "Hey, how are you doing? I heard that ambush from Wicked was... awful."

Kharoma, the black mare, walked up to Uma. "I'm thankful I ran here in time." She says. "I'm okay... how's Osa?"

"She's good. I just spoke to Duke inside." Uma gestured to the horse. "The guys are returning home from Seattle."

"That's great to hear," Khar says to the mutant lizard. "Wicked is full of awful individuals. If I hadn't made it out of there, Osa and Vincent would still be in there."
