"Now I have seen Your Majesty and His Royal Highness dance, and I was wondering if they would be so obliged to show us how it's done in Monaco?" Prince Harry called from the stage.
It was around one in the morning and the adults were all gone leaving the younger royals and celebrities for the after-party. Charles looked at me and I nodded.
"Hit it!" I called and we did our same routine from the night of the Champions Ball. "That was fun!" I exclaimed while we got our cheers. I walked on the stage, "So many of you may not know, but there are two special guests here tonight. Giada and Lando!" I exclaimed and people gasped. "I just want to thank them, because if it weren't for them I would not be standing here with my amazing husband. So jokes on you fools, because you cheating made me a Queen, Charles a Prince, and you two single, so thank you again and everyone get back to the party!" I finished a strutted off the stage to Lando.
"Bold of you to show up." I snapped and he shrunk back. "Oh you liked it when I was quiet shy princess, well news flash I'm back in business bitch." I snapped at him.
"I know you hate me, but at least I'm not kissing my ex when my wife is here," he whispered and I spun around. "So what are you going to do?" he asked.
I held my head high and marched over to them, "Giada let go!" He was yelling at her. I snapped my fingers pointing to the door and my guards took her away.
"I understand" I whispered.
"Listen she pushed herself on my and I couldn't push her away because I'm a prince and I can't ruin your reputation and I ju-" I cut him off by kissing his firmly.
"Mon Amour, before you went on your rant I said I Understand. I saw what happened, and I know you're devoted to me." I explained.
He wrapped me in a hug, "I just don't want to lose you." he whispered.
"Do you want to go home, you have practice tomorrow anyway?" I asked.
"Sure baby," he said and I went back on stage.
"I would like to thank everyone for this wonderful night, but my husband has qualifying tomorrow and we need to get going," I said and after many hugs, we left. Soon we were at the hotel, but despite the media, he kissed me deeply.
"If you live to be a hundred I want to be a hundred minus one day," he whispered.
"Why ninety-nine?" I whispered.
"Because I don't ever want to know what it's like without you," he whispered and something was shaken in me, but I didn't say anything.
He grabbed my hand as we walked into the elevator and away to our rooms. I quickly showered and changed into grey PJ pants and a sports bra, then went to Charles' room where he was in just grey sweatpants.
"Hey!" he whispered and I nodded turning my back to him as we got in bed. "Goodnight Mon Ange," he whispered, but I couldn't respond as a sob was caught in my throat. "Scarlett what's wrong?" he asked sitting up in the dark, and the flood gate broke.
"I'm s-scared!" I wailed and Charles frantically jumped out of bed to turn on the lights then ran to my side of the bed.
He looked at me with wide eyes, "Of what baby?" he whispered.
"Of losing you, just like Jules. You said you didn't want to experience a day with out me, but what happens when you get in an accident and don't wake up. You leave alone with a whole country!" I exclaimed.
Charles took my hand, "As much as I want to promise you I will never get into a fatal accident, I can't baby. I can promise you this, I am getting a new contract, but if you want I will give it all up and be a full-time prince and husband." he said and I gasped.
"You would give up your dream for me!" I exclaimed.
"Mon Ange, you don't even know," he whispered.
I sighed, "Hey, just think about it and let me know after Monza," he said hugging me.
"I love you too," I whispered responding from earlier and we soon both fell asleep.

"Mon Ange do you want to come to the track with me, Toto says he wants to take with you," Charles said waking me up.
I sat up and saw he was fully dressed, and even managed to get an outfit for me. It was all black, thigh-high Louboutin boots, skinny jeans, Petronas shirt, and Lewis' jacket that he left at my house.
"Why this outfit?" I asked and he handed me his phone with a video on it.
It was an interview with Lewis and I pressed play. "So Lewis, you seem down..what's up?" The interviewer asked. He looked down, "In formula 1 the drivers are friends, but there is always the underlying competition there, but my closest friend isn't a driver so it's nice. Though she's just really busy and I really miss hanging out with her." he said sadly.
"I believe you are talking about Her Majesty the Queen of Monaco?"
"Yeah! She is a person that you have to meet to get to know her because I know on the outside she seems arrogant and harsh, but she really is one of the kindest people I know," he said.
"How did you two meet?"
I let out a laugh to myself. Lewis chuckled "Well she was er... when was my first race?" he asked "2007" "Ok 12 years ago so she was only 7 years old. I was stressing like crazy then this small girl runs up to me wearing a Ferrari hat. She just struck up a conversation like I was a normal person and my nerves went away and I came third in my first Grand Prix!" he started the story, "So after I was looking all over for this little girl, then the whole freaking Royal family of Monaco comes up to me asking for my autograph and it hits me that I was talking to the little princess. After that, they invited me for dinner and from that day forward the two of us always go to dinner if she's at a race." and I turned the video off.
I called Romeo, "Romeo, I need reservations on July 14 at 7:45 pm at the Aqua Shard and order brunch for the Mercedes team from the Ritz Carlton for tomorrow morning." I ordered. "Yes ma'am," he said and hung up.
"I'll be downstairs," Charles said with a smirk as he slipped out of the room. Now it was time to leave the royal behind and let the real Scarlett show.
