You're My Everything

You're my first thought of the day.

The last one at night.

You're what I dream of

When I close my eyes.

You're the songs

That I keep replaying,

And you're these rhymes

That I keep on saying.

You're the reason why

I can't seem to move on

Because I don't have enough strength

To do it while you are gone.

You're the only thing

That puts a smile on my face,

And you're my deep thoughts I have

When I drift off looking into space.

You're the reason why

People think I'm crazy

Because no matter what they say,

I know you're the one for me.

People keep telling me to move

forward, but it's hard to make a new start

When you're the one who's holding

The other half of my heart.

Ever since that moment I saw you

were the one, nothing has been the same

Because that was the moment

I realized you are my everything.
