"Oh my god. Why didn't you tell me you could sing like this?" Jack asked.

"I honestly didn't think I was as good as you guys are putting me out there to be.." I said.

They all loudly agreed that I was.

"I should bring you to LA Reid, he'd love someone like you." Jessie suggested.

That was so wrong. If I get any type of singing career, that takes away more spotlight from Jack and Jack.. I didn't want that. Jessie's only just barely heard me sing. He can't be that interested.

"I don't know." I shrugged. "Maybe another time?"

"Yeah, but come on, you HAVE to perform this for the crowd!"

Everyone was begging me.

"Play it.. I guess I'll practice.." I said.

Jack smiled at me. Jessie began playing, and we both sang in perfect harmony. It wasn't until now that I had ever discovered what my happy place is. The feeling of singing like this with the boy I love gave me way too many butterflies. I blissfully sang the notes along with him.

There were a few notes that we didn't hit exactly on and in sync, but for the most part it went pretty well.

When we sang the last verse, the room was silent. I looked over at Julia.

"God dammit Paige, that almost made me cry. Your voices are so beautiful together."

I glanced at Jack. He had a loving look in his eyes.

"I'll do it." I agreed.

15 minutes later, it was 2 minutes until showtime. Everyone agreed that Jack and I could do our little unrehearsed duet at the very end. I was honestly nervous.

"ALRIGHT 2 MINUTES GUYS!" The director of security yelled. I stood by Jack and watched a crew member fix his microphone that attached to his mouth. Another was doing the same thing to Jack J.

"Good luck babe." I kissed him. He hugged me tight, then ran onto the stage along with Jack J. Me and Julia were left backstage.

I put my arm around her and watched them get the crowd going insane.

"They grow up so fast." She said loudly. The screams from the crowd were hectic.

"Jack's older than you." I laughed. She laughed with me.

She pulled my arm and brought me back into the lounge.

"No, but seriously Paige, your singing is unbelievable. You could be a headline singer. Why haven't you put yourself out there?"

I shrugged. I was surprised that she was asking. "I've never really tried to pursue a singing job I guess. It's never been something I took serious."

"Well now is the time. Can you sing something for me?" She sat on the couch, and I stayed standing.

I shook my head. "I don't know.."

"PLLEEEASE." She begged.

I sat in a chair. "Well I don't know what to sing."

"What do you like to sing, like when you're alone?"

"Um, I guess I can sing Down To Earth by Justin Bieber?"

She laughed. "Justin Bieber? Isn't that song from his first album?"

I smiled. "I'm kind of a belieber."

"Oh my god." She grinned.

"I need music though.." I said.

"Music?" Jessie came into the room, putting his cap back onto the water bottle. He plopped onto the couch.
