29 - For Strong Evidence

With their current set-up, Harold has the edge of pursuing Althea back since he works with her. They spend most of their time at work together especially during their visits to different MWAS branches. But despite Harold's edge of being with Althea regularly, Thirdy has his own way of wooing Althea and like the usual he gets closer to Althea's siblings.

Flowers were regularly delivered to Althea's office from Harold. On the other hand, there were flowers delivered daily to Monteiro Mansion from Thirdy.

"With these flowers around, plus those in Althea's office, pwede na tayong magtayo ng flower shop." Victor commented upon seeing Althea receiving another delivery from Thirdy.

"I think I like Althea's idea. Look at her, she seems enjoying the efforts of the guys vying for her attention." Laura commented.

"Seriously, Ri? I still don't find it as a good idea." Victor commented.

"Iba pa rin ang feeling if guys exert efforts to get a girl's attention." Laura said.

"What makes it different, parang pinaglalaruan nyo kaming mga lalaki." Victor said.

"Wow ha, being courted is on of the girl's priviledges. We are given that priviledge to choose among those males competing for our attention." Laura uttered.

"Grabe kayo mga babae sa aming mga lalaki. Hindi nyo man lang inisip how broken we will be if you dump us." Victor said.

"Kung magsalita ka naman, as if nabasted ka. Let me remind you Victor Monteiro, a lot of girls choose to forget about the priviledge I was talking about just to get your attention." Laura uttered.

"I don't remember breaking the heart of any girl. It is the other way around. There was a nineteen year old girl who broke my heart into pieces when she left me in Italy. She did not even give me a chance to tell her what I truly feel for her." Victor said.

Laura immediately slips her arms around Victor and said, "She was very young then, patawarin mo na kasi sya."

"I have to forgive her because if not, I will not be this happy, Ri. I love you Laura Marie, I love you with all my heart and I can't imagine my life without you Empress Yong." Victor declared.

"That's sweet, Daddy but if Nathan hears you he will still find it gross," they heard Althea said.

"Baka naman maubos na ang savings nyang si Thirdy dahil sa kakabili ng bulaklak para sa inyong mga girls." Victor commented.

"These long stem roses are for you and Mama Allie, Mommy. And the others are for the girls." Althea said.

"Please thank Thirdy for us, Baby. Siguradong matutuwa na naman ang mga girls." Laura said.

"I will do that, Mommy." Althea replied. "And for your piece of mind, Daddy, pagsasabihan ko na lang si Thirdy at si Harold to stop sending me flowers everyday. Masyado na akong busy sa MGOC para magtayo pa ako ng flower shop business." She added.

"You seem enjoying this drama, Baby. Don't stop them from sending you flowers, iba pa rin ang ambiance ng bahay if we have fresh flowers." Laura said.

"I have to admit that I do, Mommy. But I honestly hope this will end soon." Althea said.

"Kaya mo pa ba, Baby?" Victor asked.

"Yes, Daddy but everytime I could not help but get irritated everytime I am with Harold, especially when he started to ask too many things about MGOC. Ang hirap palang katrabaho ang taong hindi mo pinagkakatiwalaan." Althea said.

"Trust, big word." Laura said.

"Don't worry, Baby, this drama will come to an end really soon." Victor said.
