My alarm wakes me at 7AM for my last day of sophomore year in high school. I turn the alarm off, and turn lay back down in my bed. I know this is risky as fuck, since I just woke up and turned my alarm off, but I close my eyes again. I don't even get the chance to fall asleep again, or my phone rings. I groan loudly in protest, and pick up the phone.

'What?' I yell.
'Whoa, someone's in a good mood. Guess what?' Maddie's voice says through the speaker.

'What?' I repeat.
'David just texted me good morning. He texted me good morning! Oh my god, do you think this is it? Are we gonna get married?' Maddie speaks excitedly.
'Yes, for sure. Bye.' I answer before hanging up the phone.

All Maddie does is talk about that David. She's has been madly in love with him since she was a freshman, and now he finally notices her. Of course I'm happy for her, it's just that she reaches out to me at the weirdest times. One time, she called me at 3AM to tell me David had posted on his Facebook timeline. Like I care. It's just too much.

'So I told you David texted me good morning, right? I replied good morning back, and then he asked if he would see me at school because he wants to ask me something. What do you think he will say?' Maddie tells when we sit down in the cafeteria after the first four periods.

'I dunno, I think he's gonna propose to you.' I answer sarcastically. Maddie shoots me a glare.

'Okay, alright, maybe he's gonna ask you out. Or kiss you. I dunno, ask him.' I say. Maddie's face lightens up at my answer.

'Do you think he likes me?' She asks, more serious than she has ever been.

'Honestly, I think he does. If he wouldn't, why would he take the effort to text you good morning every day? You never text me good morning, for example.' I answer.
'He doesn't text me good morning every day, just sometimes. No wait, it is every day. Holy shit, I think he likes me.' Maddie says.

'Then go talk to him. And don't look, but he's staring at you from all across the cafeteria.' I inform her, quickly glancing at David. Maddie chuckles, while her cheeks redden up.

'He is?' She whispers.
'Yes! I suggest you go talk to him now. I'll be fine, plenty of girls will be here with me any second because they wanna use me to meet my brother.' I tell her. Maddie takes a deep breath and a good sip from her water.

'Okay. I'm doing it.' She says.
'Good luck!' I answer excitedly. She gets up from her chair, the look on her face telling me she's about to be sick of the nerves. She gives me a nervous look, and then walks towards him. She makes it look like she's not nervous at all. The way she walks, it seems so confident.

'Hi, Olivia!' A girl I've never talked to before speaks up, sitting down in front of me.

'Um.. hi?' I answer since I don't even know her name.

'How's Louis? Is he doing alright?' she asks.
'Louis' doing fine. Um, actually, I gotta go. It was nice talking to you, um, random girl I've never talked to before. See you around.' I say, getting up from my chair. As I expected, she runs after me and stops me.

'Wait, do you know Harry Styles?' She asks.
'Nope, never heard of him.' I answer shortly.
'Can you give me his number? Please? I'll shut up after you give me his number.' She says.
'Like I said, I never heard of this Harry Styles you're talking about. I have no idea how I would possibly have his number if I never met that dude.' I answer.

'Oh, come on, Olivia. Please? I'll never bother you again after this.' She continues.
'Bother me how much you want, but you're not getting Harry's number.' I say.
'So you do know him?' She asks.
'How would I not know one of my brother's best friends and a member of One Direction? I'm not an idiot. Could you please leave me alone now?' I ask. Before she can respond, I push her fast yet gently out of my way, and rush to the bathroom. I take out my phone and dial the first number that comes into my mind.

'What do you want?' I hear Harry's voice say through the speaker.
'Can you please stop existing? Every girl just wants to be friends with me to get your number or to meet Louis. It's annoying as fuck. You know, I really hate you.' I tell. Harry chuckles mockingly.

'It ain't my fault.' He says.
'Yes it is! I hate you and I want you to die. Please die. No, don't die. I wanna hear the song first. After that you can die.' I rant.

'You haven't heard the song yet?' Harry asks.
'No, Louis won't let me.' I answer.

'Hold on, I'll send you an audio message. Don't expect the quality to be great, though.' Harry says. I can barely hold in the excited squeal.

'Thank you so much, Harry. I think I'm in love with you.' I say, trying my best to not scream it out.

'If you ever say that to me again, I'll stop speaking to you.' Harry answers. I chuckle, not feeling like getting mad at him for saying that, since he's gonna send me the song.

'Calm down, wanker. I wasn't planning on saying that in a serious way in the first place. You're ugly, and you can't sing at all. The only talent you have is making bread and having girls run away from you extremely fast when you glance at them. It's a talent, really, I'm impressed.' I snap.

'Says the girl who keeps calling me at the most random moments to tell me a dozen of girls asked for my number again, which is just an excuse for you to talk to me. I think you're actually crushing on me, Livvie.' Harry answers.

'Excuse me?' I scoff, for some reason feeling my cheeks burning up.

'You have a crush on me.' He repeats.
'Why would I have a- You're an arrogant son of a bitch, Harry. I'm hanging up now.' I say.

'You didn't deny it.' He remarks.
'Talk to you later, son of a- Oh no, actually, I'm never talking to you again. Au revoir, bread baking arrogant son of a bitch.' I salute friendly.

'You didn't deny it!' I hear him say before I hang up the phone. I quickly loosen the smile on my face when I notice I have one.
