Prologue-The Future

???: "Allright. I've got the last connector in place" ' A Male voice could be heard saying, the redish orange horizon coming into view'

'The view was cut short by a large steel colored metal foot stomping down onto the dark red sand, leaving an imprint'

'As the behemoth comes into view it is shown to be a large robot roughly around fourteen feet tall, holding onto a large tube of sorts'

???: "Thank God. We've been out here all day!" 'A nasally female voice says, another humanoid robot coming into view'

'The two robot's turn to the left, showing a large orb like camera on the front of them'

'Both of them seem to be looking off into the distance. Particularly they're looking at a small speck in the sky, a small space station of sorts hovering above the planet'

???: "How do you think things are going back home?" 'The female voice asks, causing the other robot to turn to her'

'Back on earth near the small ocean side town of beach city is a rather new town which has been labeled "Little Homeworld" '

'Little Homeworld and Beach City are host to the newly reformed Gems that had decided to call earth their home. However it had been over a year since one of the founders of little Homeworld had left to figure some things out'

'Steven universe had gone on a road trip to figure out exactly who he was. After a series of events that inevitably lead to him having a break down'

'This break down put him in a state of "Self corruption" of sorts. Which the crystal gems managed to snap him out of'

'At the moment in Little Homeworld Bismuth could be found hammering away at her forge'

'Pearl had begun to join Bismuth on her usual forging days, having to find something to do since Steven had left'

'Lapis had begun doing more art, Peridot trying to do her best to help her'

Ruby and Sapphire had started spending more time unfused, each going about their own activities before spending time together'

'Carbonite and Stretch had moved farther out of town together. A few months after Steven had left they had formed quite the relationship'

'Ruby and Sapphire had begun to worry however. Neither of them had heard anything From Chip, neither had Aurora when they asked her'

'It had been nearly two years since he had gone to Homeworld to help the Diamonds with setting up a more democratic system'

'However Aurora had convinced them both that he was okay. After all if anyone would know it would be her'

'As Bismuth hammers away on her Anvil a distant rumble catches both her and Pearl's attention'

'The tools Bismuth had around the forge had begun shaking and bouncing, growing more violent by the second'

'The two look at each other before they walk outside, a large shockwave going off in the direction of Beach City'
