Steven grit his teeth with his left eye clenched.
He was pressed up against the far wall if the beach house, the wal behind him cracked and broken.
He had brought out his shield just in time to block a strike from Chip, despite this. His shield was cracked badly.
Chip's blood red eyes narrowed as if scanning the half gem hybrid.
However before he could react further. He was met with a strike from his old war hammer.
The attack hit him in the side of the head hard enough to launch him through the wall of the beach house, letting Steven fall to the ground.
Aurora stood above Steven, the warhammer in one hand. An alarmingly angry expression on her face.
"Aurora!" Pearl said in a mortified tone.
"That wasn't Chip" Aurora stated simply, jumping through the hole in the wall.
Chip twitched as everyone gathered outside of the Beach house. Aurora preparing herself with the warhammer as Garnet summoned her gauntlets.
Chip stood up with his eyes flickering. Stabilizing with a pair glowing red irises.
Chip seemed to focus on Garnet. The dot in the center shrunk.
"Hello...you foolish traitors"
The voice froze both Garnet and Pearl in place. It sounded like Chip, yet different at the same time.
Garnet stood shaking, all three of her eyes wide behind her shades.
"If you wouldn't mind. I'm on borrowed time here. I have some work to do"
"Oh yeah?! Like what?!" Steven asked in an angry tone, his eyes flaring a bright pink.
"Files to upload" 'The voice said as it made Chip shrug, refocusing back on Steven.
"Gemstones to shatter"
The hacker was met by Aurora swinging the war hammer down on them.
The ground quaked as the hacker blocked the attack, staring up at the larger woman.
"You arent getting a hand on his gem. And you certainly ARENT LAYING A FINGER on MY Diamond's files" Aurora said in a mixture of possessiveness and protective desire.
"Please. I've hacked into every system he has. What could you possibly-"
The hacker was caught off guard by a punch to their gut, causing them to double over in pain.
Aurora stood over the hackers. Her eyes glowing red in fury as she readied her warhammer.
"Get out of my Boyfriend's head" Aurora said coldly, the rocket on the back of the hammer charging up.
The hacker managed to dodge as the hammer crashed down onto the sand.
"Does that outfit not restrict you?" The hacker questioned in surprise, dodging another swing from Aurora.
"Nope!"
As the hacker weaved they transformed Chip's right arm into a plasma cannon, laughing triumphantly.
However cannon didn't fire. Instead it sparked with neon blue energy.
Aurora dropped the hammer, kicking the side of Chip's head. Knocking the hackers down.
As a result she pinned them to the ground by straddling Chip, placing her hands on the sides of his head.
"I SAID GET OUT OF HIS HEAD!" Aurora shouted angrilly as her hands sparked with neon purple energy.
"YOU CAN STOP ME NOW. BUT IT WONT CHANGE ANYTHING"
"YOU THINK THE LOSS OF ONE CHASSIS IS ENOUGH TO DETER ME?!"
"YOU WILL REGRET THIS DAY YOU OVER GROWN-"
Aurora cut the hacker off with a pulse of energy through Chip's head, causing a forced system reset.
Aurora leaned back, huffing and puffing, her eyes flickering weakly, her house coat hanging loosely from the battle.
"Sorry love, I'll make all that up to you once you wake up" Aurora said softly, watching the red glow within Chip's gem flicker out.
