Chapter One- Im Here Now

'Chip had finaly returned to the beach house after letting everyone know he was back, save for Carbonite and stretch, he couldnt find them'

'Suffice to say, he was rather tired. Surprisingly tired actually. But he was happy to be home'

'After walking into the door of the beach house Chip let's out a sigh, his eyes flickering briefly, the sounds of his Servo's sputtering momentarily accompanying his low energy'

'Upon walking further into the beach house he finds Pearl cooking dinner, likley for Aurora and Chip given her inate lack of needing to eat'

Pearl: "Oh! You're back already?" 'Pearl asks with light surprise in her voice'

Chip: "Yeah, socializing is a lot harder than I remember" 'Chip says with a light Chuckle, his eyes flickering tiredly once again'

Pearl: "Well you should sit down then. Aurora should be back any moment" 'Pearl says with an understanding tone, gesturing to the couch'

'After sitting down on the couch Chip finds himself sinking down into it slightly, it had been quite some time since he got to relax'

'Inevitably Chip ends up dozing off, the low energy in his system causing him to fall asleep rather easily'

'After an unknown amount of time Chip's hud starts beeping, causing a few strings of code to flash across his hud as he boots back up'

'Slowly but surely his vision returns, although he seems to be laying down'

'With a light groan Chip tries to sit up, his servo's failing causing him to fall back down the short distance he had sit up'

'As Chip sits in defeat he feels a hand softly being placed on his head, causing him to look up'

Aurora: "I'd take it easy if I were you. Your energy levels are pretty low" 'Aurora says softly, earning a groan from Chip'

Chip: "Can you help me up then?" 'Chip asks earning a light chuckle from Aurora'

'After helping Chip sit up Aurora leans him closer to her, resting his head against her shoulder'

Aurora: "Somthing tells me while you were on homeworld you didnt take care of yourself all that much" 'Aurora says suspiciously, a light tone of annoyance in her voice'

Chip: "I was busy! I had work to do." 'Chip says with a defensive tone, earning a flick on the forehead from Aurora'

Aurora: "Y'know just because I love you dosent mean I'll put up with your excuses" 'Aurora says warningly, earning a low sigh from Chip'

Chip: "Okay. You're right. I didnt take great care of myself, I was busy though. I had a lot of work I had to do" 'Chip admits managing to sit himself up fully'

'Aurora glares at Chip for a moment before sighing to herself, her eyes turning a softer pink color'

Aurora: "Yeah. Well now that you're back home that's not gonna fly" 'Aurora says softly, concern evident in her voice'

Chip: "Oh please. I've been through wo-"

'Chip was swiftly cut off by Aurora moving her face inches from his own, having lifted him up'

Aurora: " let me make this a little more clear. You. Are going to take care of yourself. Or I. Will make you" 'Aurora says in a stern tone, her eyes having turned a mix of gold and Pink'

Chip: "O-Okay thank you that was very concise" 'Chip says with a light blue blush before Aurora sits him down in her lap, holding him against herself tightly'

Aurora: "I swear even though you're a Diamond you act more like a stubborn child sometimes" 'Aurora says with a sigh'

'As Chip sits in confusion his eyes having gone black he feels Aurora tightening her grip onto him, placing her chin ontop of his head, being able to feel how shaky Aurora had become'

Chip: "Hey, what's going on?" 'Chip asks in concern, his diamond shaped eyes turning turquoise as he tries to look back at Aurora'

Aurora: "N-Nothing. I'm....just glad you're back" 'Aurora says in a shaky voice, doing her best to conceal the flood of emotions running through her head'

'A small smile crosses Chip's face as he leans back into Aurora'

Chip: "We I'm not going anywhere any time soon. So I'm all yours" 'Chip says with a light chuckle, causing Aurora to tighten her grip even further'

Aurora: "Yer damn right..." 'Aurora says in a muffled tone, her bright purple eyes watering slightly'
