You were upstairs in your room when you heard you sister let out a loud yell. Followed by the sounds of glass being broken. Not thinking rationally, you rushed downstairs to see what the commotion was.
"Nicole!"
Nicole looked up as well as the woman that was currently chocking the life out of her. She tried talking but the woman just kept squeezing her throat harder. Grabbing a large vase, you smashed it on her head and pushed her off while you checked Nicole for any injuries. She was struggling to tell you something but since you never got what she was trying to say, she pushed you aside just as the woman grabbed her again.
Since nothing could really stop the woman, you tried to look for Nicole's weapon around the house but it was difficult to do so with the fact that everything had been smashed to pieces or thrown around while Nicole fought the woman.
"Leave her alone!"
Waverly arrived out of nowhere and joined the fight to stop her but it was still pointless. The woman was clearly strong and showed signs that she wasn't stopping. Having had enough, you grabbed a knife and stabbed it in her stomach. This angered her but it made her focus her attention on you. Using the skills that Nicole thought you, you got her in a chokehold and hurried up Nicole and Waverly to find something to shot her with.
As a last resort to escape, the woman bit down on your wrist and escaped just as Nicole and Waverly turned around. You fell to your knees, no longer being able to support your full body weight.
"(y/n)! Stay with me! Come on, stay with me! Don't make me slap you."
Nicole begged as she held you in her arms. Waverly was on the phone dialing Wynonna to tell her what happened when you passed out.

Nicole refused to leave your side as you laid at the hospital bed. Waverly had tried to convince her to head home and rest at a proper bed while she stayed behind with you but Nicole refused. Saying that she wasn't going to leave your side until you woke up.
Wynonna had been tasked with finding the cure with the rest of the team so both Waverly and Nicole stayed day and night with you. Waverly would only leave just to bring Nicole food and a change of clothes.
"I should've had my gun with me. I'm rarely without it and the one time that I wasn't, this happens."
"Nicole...you had no idea this was going to happen."
"I'm suppose to protect her, Waverly. She's the only family I have."
Waverly pulled her closer. She hated seeing both you and Nicole like this. It's been days since you slipped into a coma and Wynonna wasn't any closer to finding a cure. She needed to do something.
"I promise she'll be okay, Nicole."
Nicole didn't say anything to her, simply just let her head rest on Waverly's shoulder.

Waverly tightly held the vial in her hands as she rushed to the hospital. She knew that no one was going to approve of her methods of getting the cure but it didn't matter, what mattered was that you were going to be okay.
"Give her this. I found the antidote for the venom. It'll wake her up as soon as the venom clears in her blood."
Nicole didn't hesitate to rush and find a doctor to give her the shot with the liquid inside the vial. She trusted Waverly with all her life and if she said that it work, then it was going to work.
As promised, you had woken up an hour later.
"W..what happened?"
Nicole rushed to hug you tightly and began to cry.
"You're okay! You're okay!"
She kept repeating. You looked up to Waverly, hoping she would give you some answers.
"The woman bit you and somehow it poisoned you. You've been in a coma for almost a whole week."
You nodded in understanding and wrapped your arms around Nicole.
"I'm okay, Nicole. Everything is okay, now."
Nicole just cried harder as you comforted her. It wasn't until she fell asleep that she stopped crying.
"What happened, Waverly? I've never seen her like this."
"You got worse as the days went by. Wynonna was having a hard time trying to find an antidote and the whole time, Nicole kept blaming herself. Saying that you were going to die because of her and so on. I hated just sitting here and not being able to do anything so I did what I had to do to find the cure."
"What did you do?"
Waverly just gave you a smile and leaned down to cover Nicole with a blanket.
"It doesn't matter. What matters is that you're safe. I'll leave the two of you alone."
