The Promise We Did

Chapter 4

"I'm home" i said Opening the door.

"Welcome back sweetie" i heard mom's voice before she came into sight. Pikachu just jumped on her shoulder nuzzling his cheek against hers. She smiled at the gesture then she noticed another Pokemon on my shoulder. 

"Oh i didn't knew we got a new family member joining us" she said smiling offering her hand up to Riolu to climb.

Riolu smiled and jumped on her other free shoulder licking her cheeks earning a giggle from her.

"He's such a cute little guy" she said caressing the baby Riolu.

"Anyways boys, the dinner is ready" she continues taking the two Pokemons in kitchen and signaling me to get fresh.

After getting fresh i head back down into the kitchen to eat dinner. After chit chatting with mom and telling her about my day and not to mention, eating the tasty dinner , I along with Riolu and Pikachu head back into my room to get some rest.

Both Pikachu and Riolu tuck themselves on the Cushion above me and before we knew , we fall into deep slumber.

"You need to get stronger"
"How?"
"I'll be waiting"
"Who are you? Where will you be waiting?"
"Mt. Silver , come and tr-"

"AAAAAAAAAAAA PIKACHUUU GOOD MORNING" I screamed from the sudden thunderbolt.

"Pikapipipi" chuckled Pikachu. Riolu was chuckling slightly aswell.

"Morning to you too Riolu" I say with a smile looking at Riolu standing behind Pikachu chuckling.

"Ash... Breakfast is ready!" Came Mom's Voice from downstairs.

"I'll be there Mom" I say before getting up from my bed and heading into the bathroom.
During the shower I kept on thinking about the dream. Who was calling me? And why me? Why Mt silver? I knew I needed to investigate this. I shrugged it off for now and headed out wearing clean pair of clothes and going downstairs into the kitchen.

I ate the breakfast and head out in the forest again, I wanted to get to the bottom of this. I wanted to know what's happening, why am I getting these dreams.

Although I did reach there, nothing was happening today. I then decided that since we're here let's train.

"Riolu Pikachu we'll be training everyday from today onwards, also I'll be training along side you from now" I said, I don't why but it felt right to do that. Like something inside me told me to do so. Pikachu and Riolu both hesitated at first but soon agreed.

"Alright then Riolu use Quick attack on me" I commanded Riolu who nodded and began using the attack. He took some speed and tackled me on my stomach head on. It was a powerful attack but wasn't enough to get me to fall.

"Use it again even with more force" I said. He nodded again and charged at me with even more power finally getting me to fall.

"Owww" I grunted in pain. Both Pikachu and Riolu ran towards me with concern.

"Oh don't worry, that was great Riolu. That's how you use Quick attack" I said. Riolu smiled hearing the praise.

"Now Pikachu let's go" I said.

After hours of training, our hero's are washing up near a pond. While Ash washes his wounds and face up. Pikachu and Riolu on the other hand.

I felt a weight on my belt and saw 2 more pokeballs. But I only had one that was of Riolu and now there's 3? I don't remember putting them there. I picked them up and felt they're empty.

Lately I've been dozing off a lot, so I probably put the empty Pokeballs on my belt maybe?

I put them back and saw Pikachu and Riolu playing in a small water puddle.

I just smiled looking at them , they were already best of friends.

After relaxing there , we decided to head back . The way we came crossed paths with the place I first met Serena. I just couldn't help but think why am I coming here everyday. I stared at the tree and questioned myself about the weird dreams I've been having. Who's calling on me?

But as soon as I thought about it, there it was again. The blue orb. Riolu and Pikachu both took defensive ground in front of me ready to fight it.

"Hold it you two" I said. They both looked back at me in confusion. I walked up to the orb and touched it with my hands.

Suddenly I felt a picture running right in front of me. It looked like some modern town. Upon further inspection , it was clear it was Luminose city. I could recognize that tower but here it was falling down with it on fire. The moment I saw  upon whom it was falling on , my eyes widened. My friends... Brock Misty Dawn Serena Clemont Bonnie Iris Cilan Gary. They stood there paralyzed? They couldn't move.

On the other side stood my Alolan friends along with May and Max. Even though Max was looking grown up a bit, I could make it out that that was Max.

I heard someone's Voice laughing, I looked over it and it was a man Wearing a black suit with R logo on it. To his right stood Necrozma Dawn wings form , roaring in anger.

"We will rule the world" said the man in coat laughing hysterically.

"I will not let you!!!" I screamed but the image just disappeared. I stood there shocked on what did I just witness. Was it real? For a fact I knew that it was related to the dream i was having. I saw the look on faces of Pikachu and Riolu. They were terrified.

"What are you?" I asked the orb silently

"I'll be waiting for you at Mt. Silver" came a voice before the orb vanished into thin Air.

I stood there registering what is happening with me but I knew , I had to go to mount silver soon. I signaled the two Pokémon to hop on as I started running towards home.

I don't know why was I trusting that, but it felt it was real. I had to go to Mt. Silver and see it myself.

I rushed towards home , it was starting to getting dark so I had to find my way out before it goes completely dark. Luckily I found my way out and ran towards my home.
