The Promise We Did

Chapter 9

"So, now I think it's time you finally learn to use Aura vision" said Sensei.

It's been a year and half here and i am still being prepared just to control aura and have a control over my body. I've learnt to sync with all my pokemon and also learned to control my aura. I guess from today I finally get to learn some cool stuff!

"I'm ready" I reply with enthusiasm.

"Alright close your eyes and let Lucario get in sync with you" he said. I nodded and closed my eyes while Lucario mega evolved from the sync. Lucario closed his eyes aswell.

"Now Ash , focus on lucario and imagine what he sees through his vision. Lucario try to use aura to sense things around you" he said.
Both me and Lucario accepted and did as told.

After a pitch black minute I was finally able to see something, my sorroundings just went blue but i could make things out cause of their outline. I saw a bright green glow on my Pokemon and also Sensei. Which i didn't knew what it meant though.

"I can see green glow on you and my pokemon. The world is blue but I can sense the Pidgeys flying there and the wild pokemon on the mountain itself" I said.

"Very well. As expected you've mastered this already. But the green glow indicates the people who want the best for you, Red aura'd people just want to harm you and white are neutral." he said smiling. I caressed Lucario's head as to use aura vision lucario should have full trust in me and without that it wouldn't work.

The rest of the day we tried to dodge the logs with blind folds on , Lucario did it effortlessly while i had to get used to it in beginning but got a hold of it soon.

After that we were told to meditate yet again. And I knew just whom to think about while I meditate. She's really been there for me in kalos, she's been a motivation for me throughout my training till now and probably will still be in any further training that remains. Whenever I feel down , I just look up at the stars and think about her. Man I was really dumb 3 years ago that i couldn't pick up her hints.

I was again in my deep meditation and the time just kept passing away without me realising it. Before we knew it was evening again, it was the end of training for the day and I decided to head back.

While on my way back, i sensed something coming towards me. Lucario sensed it too and took a defense position. Pikachu saw lucario taking defensively ground knew it could be danger.

"Master , i feel like there's something coming towards us and at a fast speed" said Lucario.

"I sense that too" I said as I closed my eyes and tried using aura vision. I saw a figure coming towards me.

Lucario didn't trust it and blasted a Aura Sphere in it's path.

Surprisingly the figure threw what looked like a ninja star at the Sphere causing a blast. The smoke cleared and I couldn't believe my eyes.

"Greninja?" I exclaimed.

"Gre!" He replied , he quickly ran towards me and hugged me which i fondly returned.

"It's good to see you again buddy!" I said parting the hug after a while, to which he smiled and nodded. Pikachu then jumped from my shoulder to his and nuzzled his cheeks against Greninja's, he sure missed him aswell.

On the other hand lucario stood behind , just seeing Greninja reunite again, he probably have already seen him in my memories through aura but seeing in person is something different.

"I'm sorry for attacking you" he said kneeling on one feet.

Greninja glanced at the Aura pokemon kneeling beside me.

"Gren Gren ninja!" He said.

"Yeah Greninja is right , there's no way he could've known it's you , also you did it to protect us" I said looking at lucario with a broad smile on my face.

"Thank you Master and Greninja" said Lucario as he finally stood up again.

The any remaining day we had , was spent with Greninja telling his stories of how Kalos is now free from the vines and how Zygrade taught him a new move, which I'll be looking at tommorow.

It was clear to me that sensei already knew about Greninja as I recalled an event on 3rd day of training.

"Isn't there supposed to be a 4th pokemon with you?"
"But I only brought 3 along"
"Well , the time will tell"
"Huh..."
"Anyway. Let's start the training"

Sensei do seem kinda weird to me, it's like he knows the future. He's been training me relentlessly and I've never talked to him about who he actually is... He said he'll answer all the questions after the training ends, which shouldn't be long right? I've learnt a lot of important stuff already. Let's hope it ends soon. With Greninja back on my team my memories of Kalos just keeps on getting refreshed. Man I sure did have a blast in Kalos.

"Let's head back... Greninja here" I said taking a pokeball out. He nodded smiling and touched the pokeball getting sucked right into it. It's probably the first time I actually used the pokeball to capture some pokemon, this is sure gonna get logged by Professor. Hey well atleast he'll know that I'm alive haha.

After getting back to the small hut of ours we just drifted into sleep as soon as he laid our back on the floor , It's tiring to use aura and using things like aura vision does take more of my energy.

"I will not allow anyone to hurt you......." I muttered before going into the small slumber of mine.
