Chapter 35

I woke up go a bright sunlight today, i swear the rays show no mercy when they hit your eyes. Serena still cuddled onto me, with her around I just feel so much better and relaxed. I just want, us to be together... Forever.

"Serena hey" I said gently shaking her up.

She started to stir up, probably wasn't in deep sleep today. A few moments later her oceanic eyes opened up as she looked right at me.

"Morning Ashy" she said smiling.

"Morning Serena" I said , I felt her grip on me tighten up as she let out a sigh of relief.

"Oh hey , we have to wake up you know" I said chuckling slightly.

"I wanna cuddle to you more, I don't know but since yesterday...I'm feeling like something bad is gonna happen" she said in a tone so serious yet nervous I could never comprehend.

I gripped onto her tightly now, giving her a kiss on her hair.

"Don't worry Rena... everything will be fine" I replied.

"I really hope so" she said.

After laying there for good half n hour , We decided to wake up and freshen up. Later on we joined the whole gang at breakfast which again was phenomenal , Clemont sure cooks better in his own house.

"So whats the plan for today?" Gary asked chewing his food

"Me Serena and May will be off to the auditorium to practice" Dawn replied with a warm smile. Both Serena and May nodded hearing this , now all it was left was for us to figure out something for ourselves.

"You know what" Gary stated looking at me with flames in his eyes.

I swear flames rose up in my eyes aswell, as adrenaline pumped in my. Made a fist in determination and mimicked Garry's emotions.

"POKEMON BATTLE!" I said

"All Day LONG!" Brock added to the conversation too, he was pumped too? Man finally.

"and thanks to the power of science , I can measure your attack and their powers" Clemont said adjusting his glasses.

"Clemont , I'll tell Lucario and Greninja to attack me so you can-" I began saying maybe out of too much adrenaline before I felt a sharp yet gentle pain on my cheek

"Yeah, the self harm is not happening again wise guy" Serena said pulling my cheek with as seriousness she could gather.

I just smiled nervously, "well then...that's not happening" I said chuckling nervously.

"Good, now have fun y'all" Serena said as she got up and pecked my cheeks.

"Take care you guys" I said as I saw them exit the room.

"Let's go to the Battlefield?" Bonnie asked.

"Sure! Hey Baraz and Meray you guys should tag along too!" I proposed them a plan.

"Pika!" Pikachu jumped on my shoulder with joy too, probably finally getting to battle.

"I guess we can. We don't have anything to do for now" Meray said smiling.

"Only if you battle me" Baraz said with a proud smile.

"You got it!" I said getting up from my seat.

"So now , Hoopa is under my control?" Giovanni asked smiling at the sight of a certain legendary in an prison like structure with electricity running through the bars.

"Technically yes"

"Good job Andrew" Giovanni said as Andrew handed him an remote.

"Let's try this thing" Andrew said pressing a button on the screen nearby which openend up the cage. Hoopa's unbound from was clearly looking different, it glowed in bright red while hissing devilishly.

"My Servant , I command you to wake up and bow in front of me" Giovanni started pressing an button on the remote.

"Fool" Said the unbound form.

"What?" Giovanni retaliated with anger.

"Fool, you think you can control-" it continued before it got electrocuted and it graoned in pain.

"Why did that happen?!" Giovanni said looking at Andrew like he's this close to killing him.

"I'll have to try again, maybe I have an Idea" Andrew said pressing the button near on the screen again , the cage re-emerged around the unbound form electrocuting it.

"You better, have it ready by the next time i'm here!" Giovanni said throwing the remote back at him and stomping out of the laboratory.

"Charizard flamethrower!"

"Braviary , Brave Bird!"

"Got you now, Charizard grab it's wings and then a sesmic toss"

"Wha?! Braviary get out of there!"

Atleast Baraz did command but it was too late, Charizard was really fast to grab Braviary's wings taking it up high in the horizon in a whimp and then spinning endlessly making the flying normal type pokemon get dizzy then flying it back down as fast as it could and then finally , throwing it on the ground once close to the ground.

As soon as Braviary hit the ground, it was clear Charizard was the clear winner. It just fired an huge flamethrower in the air as a remark of his victory.

"Braviary is unable to battle, Charizard is the winner" Brock said raising his hand that was towards the side I was standing on.

Baraz returned braviary back in its pokeball, "you did good old friend, take a rest" he muttered.

"Now Hoopa let's go" Baraz said pointing at Hoopa.

Hoopa flew in middle of the ground and hovered near Baraz.

"Wait Hoopa?" I said.

"We're you surprised?" Hoopa said chuckling.

"A bit I guess , Charizard take a rest" I said retuning him back in his pokeball.

"Alright who wants to go now..uhm Pikach-" I was about to ask but Lucario just did a front flip and Landed in front of me.

"I want to battle Hoopa Master" he said Kneeling down.

I know Lucario didn't trust Hoopa, this Battle could turn serious... But this battle can also help Lucario to start trusting Hoopa , i guess we'll see.

"Alright then , let's go Lucario" I said.

Lucario jumped up high in air and Landed in the arena with a front flip then slowly stood up sending out a blast of blue Aura , the Aura symbolises my sync with him and he's ready as ever. The spectators can sense Lucario's emotions through this Aura too. To me it felt excited but one quick look at Stands where Gary Clemont Meray and Bonnie were sitting, their faces were kind of worried? Why?

"Lucario. Are you angry?" I said to myself as I close my eyes to see it through Aura and indeed he was glowing bright blue, really bright indicating he's actually angry , alright I'll have to carefully fight now, else we all here will end up harmed
