The Promise We Did

Chapter 29

"Hey Lovebirds. Couldn't wait for us?" They heard a familiar voice behind. Both of them gulped down knowing who exactly are standing behind them......

Both of them turned around sitting next to each other with a bright smile and Serena's arms wrapped around Ash's.

"Oh hello guys!" Ash said sweat dropping.

"Brother! See I told ya, Give them some space!!!" Bonnie exclaimed in joy looking at Serena. Others had similar and confused reaction as some of them didn't saw it unfold.

"Wait, hold a second....are you two?..." questioned May holding her excitement back

To answer her question further Ash just pecked Serena on her cheek with a bright smile, it made both of them get a bit of rosey but they had to tell the others some day anyway.

"......Couple" Dawn finished May's question with a bright answer and excitement.

"We're really happy for you two!" Misty chimmed in.

"Yeah well, i know this was gonna happen someday" Clemont said fixing his glasses.

Brock was in tears.....litreal tears because Ash found a girlfriend before he did while Gary was a bit shocked aswell but  seemed to finally let the fact sink in.

After bit of more teasing everyone let it go and just watched the Fireworks explode in the air. Pikachu on the other hand jumped on Serena's lap instead of Ash's shoulder seeing it been taken by Serena's head resting on it. Serena just caressed Pikachu's fur making the electric type coo. Lucario stood behind the group leaning on the tree with eyes closed and hands crossed. He was feeling the insane new determination and power run through him mimicking his Master's emotion.

-On the other side of world

"Sir, it's about time" said a grunt wearing black uniform with the team rocket logo on it.

"I know Andrew.... I know....." 

After waiting for a while , a bright light emerged in the lake and ascended from below the surface of the water in the air. Once it was high enough the light weared up revealing the Psychic Steel type legendary floating in the air. It opened it's eyes and saw 2 people standing below it.

"Who are you?" it asked

"My name is Giovanni, I'm here for a wish Jirachi" Giovanni replied with a smile.

"A wish?" it tilted it's head a bit asking it.

"Yes....I've been told you can fulfill people's wishes" Giovanni replied keeping his calm composure.

"If reasonable...I can" Jirachi replied.

"I only want Pokemons and Humans to live together as a big family. I want to eradicate any people that bring harm to Pokemon and the people, but for that i need help from someone strong. Jirachi....here's my wish. I want the prison bottle and it should be under my control" Giovanni spoke out his wish.

"Prison bottle? I grant your wish" Jirachi said as it started to glow white and shot a light towards the comet as if absorbing it's power. After a while Jirachi had a prison bottle in it's hand and it descended towards Giovanni handing him the bottle. 

"Thank you Jirachi" Giovanni replied with a smile.

"Jirachi is tired...." Jirachi said before floating up again near the light and absorbing any more powers it can and then finally going back in the water to slumber until the comet passes next time.

"Boss, why didn't we catch-" Grunt asked before cut off by Giovanni's evil laughter again.

"Hahahahhaahaha......Finally i can be myself. Enough of this true heart bullshit" Giovanni said.
