Y/n's POV
His words made me melt, making me realize how I much I relied on him, how much I needed him. "Can we go back to how we were, Y/n? I know we were not exactly 'together' but we pretty much acted like a couple." His eyes were pleading, voice sincere. "Wooyoungie..." "Y/n please, I know you are no longer the old, weak Y/n years ago, but my love for you have and will never change." I felt all fuzzy inside, and I did something that made the boy look at me with big, round eyes.
"Y/n! You smiled A real, big smile, BECAUSE OF ME!" No one was happier than the screaming boy who engulfed me into a hug. Everyone else were looking at us because of his loudass, before breaking into a smile as they saw mine. I smiled...I haven't done it since then, ever since that incident happened. Jung Wooyoung, he gave me a reason to do so.
Even when I was living with them, I had never smiled truthfully at them; it was at most just small tugs at the corner of my lips at times and nothing more. I snapped out of it when Wooyoung pinched my cheeks. "So, can we? I'm still waiting for an answer, ya know?" I flicked his forehead, making him let go of my face, his hands flying to his own. "Of course we can, you fool." My precious fool.
Wooyoung's POV
She agreed, she allowed it. Finally I can have her back to myself. I grinned so wide as I hugged her tight, ignoring the fact she called me a fool. "Now, just wait for me to make you mine, officially." Earning a smack on my arm, a blush appearing on her cheeks as she went back to cleaning. Cute.
The cleaning up process took us more than 2 hours till the bar was spick and span, cleaner than how it originally was. 'Destiny' was a place filled with tons of memories for all of us, but it was also where Y/n and I had gotten closer.
Flashback
"Wooyoung-ah, can you help me carry these boxes to the storeroom?" Y/n asked softly, tugging on my sleeve and pointed at the huge pile of boxes behind her. What a burden, but she does looks cute, tugging on my sleeve like that-Wait what am I thinking? Snap out of it Jung Wooyoung, you don't even like her.
I groaned in frustration but went along, picking up two boxes at once while she trailed behind me with one in her arms. After several trips to and fro the storeroom, the seemingly never-ending pile of boxes was finally gone.
We were carrying the last of it, Y/n obviously tired from the labor. "Thank you for helping me, Wooyoung." She speaks so quietly most of the times, it's hard to hear her. "What? Can you stop squeaking and speak up?" I decided to tease her a bit, knowing she's most nervous around me. Because I've never really welcomed her, worried that she would cause us trouble, that's why I was always rude and cold towards her.
"I erm I said, thank you for helping me, Wooyoung." She raised her voice a little, fiddling with her fingers as she avoided eye contact with me. "What? I still can't hear you." Teasing her further, I stepped nearer towards her, making her step back every time I went closer. "I said thank you-OW!" She let out a shriek as her back hit the shelves behind her, the impact causing it to shake. I chuckled a little at how flustered I made her until I noticed the boxes on the top shelf starting to fall as the clueless girl was still leaning against it.
"Y/n!" I rushed forward to reach for her, pulling her away from the falling objects. The two of us landed on the floor; her on top of me and my arms wrapped around her waist, cushioning her from the fall. Our eyes widened in shock as we made eye contact, freezing in our position. Her eyes are so pretty, I can't seem to look away from them. "OMG I'm so sorry! Are you okay, Wooyoung-ah?" She scurried off me, continuously apologizing to me as she tried to pull me up. Hmmm, I have a better idea.
I pulled her back down to me instead, catching her by the waist again as she placed her hands against my chest to support herself. "Wooyoung?! What are you doing? Someone could come in and get the wrong idea about us!" This was the loudest and fastest I've ever heard her talk. "You're cute, do you know that?" Did I just say that out loud? "Huh?" Okay shit, I did. Be cool about it, Wooyoung-ah. "I said, you are cute. I mean it." Her little reaction made me laugh as she hid her red face in my chest.
She is adorable, maybe it's not so bad to have her here with us.
End of flashback
The memory made me smile to myself; it was when we started getting closer to each other. "Wooyoung, bro, you okay? Why are you smiling like that to yourself? Are you possessed or something? It's so creepy, cut it out." San just had to interrupt me reminiscing. "No, I'm plotting how to kill you when you are asleep." Half shrieking and half laughing, San started running in circles around the bar while I chased him, threatening to throw the dirty cloth at his face, making the others judge us before bursting out in laugh as San tripped over the pail of water.
"Naw, now my shoes are wet! Thanks a lot, Jung Wooyoung!" He complained as he hid his face in his arms while still lying on the ground, making us laugh even more.
