Ae Ri's POV

The moment we arrived back home Hongjoong oppa and I ran in announcing loudly that unnie was found, the news caused all of the boys to brighten up all together with smiles lighting their faces for the first time since they took unnie away. "REALLY?!" Yunho and Mingi oppa screamed in unison, wrapping their arms around each other as tears escaped their heavy eyes.

"Okay okay, we have to keep calm and really come up with a real plan now. Ae Ri, can you share with us what had happen just now?" Hongjoong oppa said although he too had a soft smile of relief. The boys quickly scurried to take their seats around the dining table, their materials already laid out.

"Alright so unnie is locked in the basement of the house. I got a chance to look around because Chan got dragged out by my parents but I couldn't stay for long. Minho was in the room with unnie when I was there and erm...er he was I think, think that he erm-" I couldn't help but stutter as I recalled unnie's cries of pain. "He what?" Wooyoung oppa asked impatiently, San oppa had already placed his hand on the anxious boy's shoulder.

"I think he was hurting her...unnie, she was crying out in pain when I first heard her voice and I heard thuds coming from the basement..." I trailed off once again, unable to keep myself composed just by remembering unnie's cries. "Ah shit!" Wooyoung oppa grumbled as he buried his head in his hands. Once the boys processed my words, the smiles were stripped off their faces as their brows knotted together, lips tightly formed into a line.

"Even more we have to rescue her quick!" San oppa said, determined. "It will be easier since Ae Ri knows where the house is and how to get in, so we will have a better chance! We can get through this guys, come on let's buck up." He encouraged with his signature dimpled smile. "He's right, we have to get Y/n noona out of there asap." Jongho oppa too chimed in, making everyone sit up straight again.

"Ae Ri, will it be possible for you to find out where's the key to the room?" Yeosang oppa asked, as I tried to think. "I can! I can get my parents to help me." "That's great then. After knowing where the key is, we distract them and break in. Save Y/n and get out." He stated, as if it was an easy task while the others nodded. "Ae Ri, we're counting on you big time for this." Seonghwa oppa said while patting my head with a soft smile. His words made me more nervous but I smiled softly instead, mumbling an okay in response.

After a couple more minutes of discussion, we were dismissed. Immediately, I gave my mom a call. "Hey mom! Can you cook my favourite dish for lunch tomorrow and also do you want to bake together? I miss those times with you." I asked as enthusiastically as I could, hoping she would agree.

"Sure, darling! I will get Chan and your dad to go to the mart with me in the morning then." Excitement was prominent in her voice as those were her favourite past-time activities. "Great! I'll see you tomorrow, love you!" I hung up in a hurry, spinning around to get a shock to see Hongjoong oppa standing behind me.

"Oppa! Don't do that, you scared me." I cried out and buried my head in his chest as my heart pounded in my chest, slowly recovering from the shock. I could feel him laughing and the sound made me smile too, leaning more into his warm body.

"I heard your conversation, can I come? I really wanna meet your parents too and I can help you with your 'mission'." He asked shyly, hiding his face in my neck. His cute action made my heart warm, agreeing to his request without any second thoughts. "Of course you can! I want my parents to meet my wonderful boyfriend too." I teased further as Hongjoong oppa's face turned redder.

"Ri, wake up. We have to go over to your home soon." Hongjoong oppa's gentle voice was the first thing I heard as I woke up, whining softly as I hugged him tighter not wanting to wake up yet. "Come on, dear." He chuckled while pulling me up with him and dragging me to the bathroom.

We left the house after placing a note on the dining table, walking to oppa's car hand in hand. "Sooo, are you nervous?" I asked him, swinging our hands back and forth. "A little? It is the first time you know, and first times are always a little scary." He mumbled as his hand rubbed the back of his neck. "You'll be fine, Joongie oppa! I'm sure they will love you." I smiled comfortingly at him as he returned it with a tight smile.

Hongjoong's POV

This is it, I'm meeting her parents. I was nervous, a nervous wreck. I was worried; what if her parents don't like me and what if Chan says shit about me-"JOONG!" Ae Ri shouted while slapping my arm. "Ow! Huh?" I asked, gathering myself together again. "We're here. Welcome!" She announced while pushing the main door open.

The house was silent as we had arrived earlier than planned to snoop around the house a little, and that was exactly what we did. We flipped through the various shelves and drawers all over the house at the fastest possible speed, not wanting to get caught by anyone.

"Found it!" I heard Ae Ri's voice from the room next door, running over to her. "Great! Let's open the room." We were halfway down the walkway when we heard the jingling of keys coming from below. "Shit, they're back!" I whisper-shouted, pushing Ae Ri gently into the room as she scrambled to put the keys back into place before we ran down to greet her parents.

"Oh hey kids, you're early!" Her dad smiled widely, specifically at me. "Hello, Mr and Mrs Bang. I'm Hongjoong, it's nice to meet you." I bowed and greeted as politely as I could as my nervousness came back. "Is this your boyfriend, darling? He's so handsome! Welcome to the family and do drop the formalities." This time her mom cooed, giving me a welcoming hug. I was relieved, until I saw Chan behind them with an amused look on his face. I gave him a short glare before masking it with a sarcastic smile.

"It was such a great day, wasn't it? Do come over again soon, I will cook up some of my best dishes for you next time!" Ae Ri's mom said as she gave me one last hug while bidding farewell. "I'm leaving Ae Ri in your hands so take care of my daughter for us will you, my son?" Her dad smiled, him too giving me a strong but warm hug. "I will, Mr and Mrs Bang-erm I mean mom and dad." I corrected myself quickly as they sent me a playful glare. "Bye, dears."

They bid us goodbye again before the door closes. "See, I told you you'll be fine." Ae Ri gave me a small smile. "Yeah, I'm really thankful about that but we couldn't get Y/n out of there." My sad smile was replaced by wide eyes as Ae Ri held up a slab of blue tack with an imprint of the key. "That's my girl." I said proudly, giving her a kiss on her forehead.

Chan's POV

Tch, those two think they're gonna get away with it so easily? My foot. I shut my curtains close before the couple got see me watching from the window upstairs. Grabbing my phone, I sent a message into SKZ's group chat. 'Guys, change of plans. Ae Ri and her little boyfriend got an example of the basement room's key and their probably gonna break in and get Y/n out. We're gonna have to shift her.' I let out a small laugh at their failed attempt, before heading down to the basement while taking a sip of water from my bottle.

Spotting her lifeless body lying on the mattress, I smirked as I unscrewed my bottle again and emptying the content onto her face. "Hi, love. Your dear friends, Ae Ri and Hongjoong came over just now, and their probably planning to get you out of here but ha, it ain't gonna be that easy." I snickered as I bent down and grabbed her jaw, turning her face to mine. I smirked triumphantly seeing how weak she was now, her eyes barely open and her face bruised all over.

"Good night, my love" I said as I gave a last hit to her face, watching her fall to the ground lifelessly as I exited the room.
