Being thrown into a holding cell wasn't exactly on Lexi's to do list of today. Searching for Satan's son who had magically got puberty as the age of zero also wasn't on her list but here she was, in a cell with her brother and an unconscious Jack.

Sitting on the floor next to Sam, she leaned her head back against the stone wall. "This is all Dean's fault." She sighed, "If he hadn't shot at Jack, we wouldn't be here."

Sam turned to her, a look of agreement on his face, "Yeah but you know Dean. He doesn't always think."

With a nod of her head, Lexi stood up and began to pace back and forth, running her fingers through her straight blonde hair. Sam was right, Dean doesn't think. In fact, Lexi wasn't even sure Dean had a brain 90% of the time. He may be the oldest but he definitely wasn't the most wise.

Her stressful thoughts were interrupted as Jack shot up from the bench, his eyes glowing brightly, a look of anger upon his face.

Lexi held up her hands in defence, "Hey, hey, hey." She quickly spoke, trying to calm him down. "It's okay, you're okay. We're not gonna hurt you."

"He already hurt me." He spoke through exhausted breaths, staring at Sam.

"Yes, yes i did. I was just trying to slow you down." Sam rushed his words out, "You-you were, uh," he stopped, taking a short breath in, "Are you alright?"

Jack's face softened, his gold eyes looking to the floor in thought, "I-I was scared." His eyes slowly decreased back to their original colour, a dark ocean blue. This was the first time Lexi had seen his real eyes. They were staring right at her with intensity, yet she didn't feel a slightly bit scared by him. "And when i get scared, things happen," Jack continued. I...I can't stop them."

Lexi was right. Jack was just a boy, new to the world and afraid of getting hurt again.

"Why were you scared?" She asked, her hands still held in front of her.

Jack heavily breathed and he looked down to the floor then back up at her, "Because of the voices." His voice was weak, shaking a little. "They were so...loud, so...angry." He whispered.

"Can you hear them right now?" Lexi asked as she loved her hands back down to her sides.

Darting his eyes around the room, Jack straightened up. "No." He replied before standing up from the metal bench. Now that Lexi could see him fully in the light, she noticed his features. He was around 5'10, or 5'11, his hair was a dark blonde that flopped down onto the top half of his face in a wave. His blue eyes had a soft look in them, almost innocent. His overall appearance made it hard to believe that his father was someone so evil.
