Just like expected, the argument from the previous night was put in the last and things had gone back to normal. Well, as normal as it can be. The tension between each sibling seemingly disappeared but that doesn't mean the words had been forgotten, especially not by Lexi.

Gripping the plastic cup of soda in her hands, Lexi squeezed herself through the bunker door after Sam, the door slamming shut behind them with a loud bang. When Sam said he was going to get food for lunch, Lexi didn't waste a second before asking to join. She may have put the argument in the past but she still didn't feel like being alone with Dean and his stubbornness. Of course, she could've hung out with Jack but the young Nephilim still needed space to adjust, and Lexi didn't want to bother him too much.

"Hey, how you feeling?" Sam called down to Dean. who sat in the map room with a laptop open in front of him. But he barely even acknowledged Lexi and Sam's presence as he kept his eyes trained on the laptop screen. Sam's eyebrows creased when Dean didn't reply. He looked back at his sister, who simply rolled her eyes at Dean's immaturity. "Uh, What you working on?" Sam asked, attempting to start a conversation again.

"Dead guy in Madison." Dean replied almost immediately. Lexi shook her head in amusement as she realised that Dean wasn't ignoring them, he was just stubborn to talk about his feelings. "Police say it was a home invasion, but neighbour claims that she saw the vic'a dead wife leave the crime scene."

"Let's check it out." Lexi said as she walked behind Sam down the metal stairs.

"What, you ready to ditch Damien?" Dean asked, referring to the third member in the bunker. "What you wanna do? Leave him in a ring of holy oil with some Netflix and a frozen pizza?"

"Ha Ha." Lexi sarcastically replied, her voice monotone, before taking a long sip of her soda.

"Actually," Sam spoke up, "I thought we'd bring him along."

Scoffing, Dean looked at Sam with an unbelievable expression upon his tired face. "Uh, hell no. What, 'Adventures in Babysitting' the Antichrist? No, thank you." He glared before turning back to his laptop.

Lexi placed her hands on the map table before leaning forward, "Dean," She said, hoping her brother would look up at her but he kept his eyes on the screen, "We can't keep him here forever. He's still half human and needs some fresh air. Keeping him cooped up here isn't working."

"Yeah, it is, actually." Dean tore his eyes away from the screen to look at her, "You wanna know why? Because as long as he's here, he's not out there doing God knows what."
