Pulling up to the house of the crime scene, Lexi stared around at the clean and homey neighbourhood. All the houses were freshly painted and there was not a single dry piece of grass in sight. It didn't seem like the type of neighbourhood to have someone's dead wife commit a murder.

"Agent Bonham, Agent Seger, Special Ageny Anderson." Jack read out the names on each of the fake badges that the Winchester's had stored in the car, "These are you?" He asked as he looked up from the badges.

"Yeah, sometimes." Sam replied from the passenger seat, dressed in a clean cut suit that he always wore during investigations. Dean sat in the drivers seat with a similar suit on, he held a file of the case in his hands. In the back seat, Lexi sat beside Jack wearing a black pencil skirt and white blouse, along with a black blazer. Unfortunately, the outfit she wore as her "FBI" outfit still wasn't enough to make her a believable agent due to her young age. So she often used the excuse of being a "trainee".

"I thought lying was wrong." Jack frowned as he put the badges down on the seat between him and Lexi.

Dean glanced back at the boy with a look of annoyance before turning back to the file in his hands. "Alright. Victim— Wes Bailey. His wife, Erica, died six months ago. Heart thing, out of the blue. Question is, why'd she come back from the dead and knife his ass?"

"People come back?" Jack asked.

Lexi nodded and began to explain, "When a person dies and their soul can't move on—"

"They're called ghosts." Dean cut her off. "And hanging around makes them go loony tunes. They go crazy."

Jack turned to Lexi for conformation, which she simply shrugged at, slightly annoyed that her older brother interrupted her.

"Question is," Sam began, "since when do ghost kill somebody and just walk out the front door?"

With a look of deep thought on his face, Dean turned to Sam, "So maybe it's a revenant."

"Wait, what's a revenant?" Jack inquired.

Lexi looked at the confused boy, "A revenant is kind of like a zombie." She briefly explained to him, earning a slow nod from him in return.

"Hey." Dean caught their attention, "there's our witness." He pointed to a red headed women who was watering plants in her front garden.

The three hunters opened the car doors "Jack, we're going to talk to the witness, check out the crime scene." Sam said before getting out of the car.
