Chapter 2

Kakatapos lamang niyang mag-ayos ng mga gamit niya sa walk-in closet. She noticed na kakaunti lamang naman pala ang mga gamit ni Yego so she was able to freely place all of her belongings neatly.

At ngayon, she was eating bacon na niluto niya kanina while reading for class tomorrow. She was on the dining table ng biglang marinig niyang bumukas ang front door. Seconds later, she saw her husband coming in and going straight to the fridge.

"Gising ka pa?" he asked while getting himself some ice cold beer.

"I was just having dinner. Have you eaten? I can prepare food for you," she said and stood up, while looking at the clock: 10:15PM.

"No need. Thank you. That was the most that you've spoken today."

She didn't know how to respond.

Umupo ang binata sa isa sa mga high stool sa bar area adjacent to the dining table.

"So were you able to rescue your friend?" she asked, trying to make conversation.

Tumango ang binata. "Yeah, my friend got lost with his stepsister."

"Oh," was all she said.

Then, there was just awkward silence between them. He continued drinking his beer while she just finished her dinner while reading. When she was done, she got up to put her plates sa sink para linisin iyon.

As soon as she started cleaning, she felt strong arms wrap around her waist. When she looked at the arms, she saw his husband hugging her from behind.

"M-May kailangan ka?" she asked.

And he just rested his head on her nape. "None, can we go to bed now?" tanong nito.

Her hearted started beating wildly sa tanong nito. She's a fucking virgin! At hindi niya alam kung ito na ba iyon? Are they going to have sex now?

"You're my wife, right? Then, I guess it's only proper if we make use of our wedding night," bulong nito sa kanya

Muntik na niyang mabitawan ang nililinis na baso.

He chuckled at her reaction and stroked the side of her waist down to her thighs. She was just in denim shorts dahil nagpalit na siya ng pambahay mula kanina. "Relax. I'm not gonna eat you alive."

Natapos niya ang paglilinis ng hindi kinakausap ang binata. She just put all her plates and glass at the dryer saka kumawala sa yakap ng asawa.

"Let's go up," he said while pulling one of her arms.

Nagulat siya sa paghila nito at biglaang pag-angkin sa mga labi niya muli. Damn! This husband of hers is really something! Akala ba niya ay ayaw nitong gampanan nila ang pagiging mag-asawa but here he is, driving his tongue down her throat.

"You taste like heaven," he said at hinila na siya papataas.

"Y-Yego," she called to him. "I thought we'll just live as... cousins?"

He looked at her unbelievingly then laughed. "Did I? What I remember saying is if anyone asks about our relations, you'll tell them that we're cousins. But inside this house, we can do whatever we want."

Napaisip siya sa sagot nito.

"Why?" tanong nito. "Are you scared?"

She just nodded.

He was confused for a moment but suddenly something dawned in him. "You're a virgin?"

She slowly nodded, unsure kung anong magiging reaksyon ng asawa niya.

"Well, that's... new for me," he responded at biglang nagisip ito. "But you're eighteen, right? Why are you still a virgin?"

Nagulat siya sa tanong nito at pinamulahan. Hindi niya alam kung nainis lang ba sa kanya si Yego sa nalaman.

"Hindi ka ba talaga marunong magsalita?" he asked, annoyed now. "Fine! It looks like I won't be getting any tonight. Good night, doll!" And he went out of the kitchen at iniwan siya roon, stunned.

Did he just walk out on her after realizing she was a virgin! "Asshole!" she whispered.

Iritang-irita siya kay Yego so she decided to just stay in the grand sala for tonight. Maaliwalas naman at malaki ang L-shaped couch doon.

"Why the fuck did you sleep here last night?" bulyaw ng isang boses na nakapagpagising kay Saritha ng umagang iyon.

She tried opening her eyes but there was just so much light at medyo masakit ang likod niya dahil masyadong mataba ang unan niya kagabi.

"Hey! Saritha!" tawag muli ng boses na iyon.

She tried to open her eyes once again at nagulat ng makita ang asawa niya who was just an inch away from her face.

"I said bakit dito ka natulog?"

She just looked at him, stunned.

"Are you really mute or something?" tanong ni Yego sa asawa.

"I... I just fell asleep here siguro habang nag-aaral ako," she said.

"Alright, magluto ka na ng breakfast. Nagugutom na ako. I want that bacon you were eating last night. And by the way, we leave at 7:30PM sharp, okay?" he said at dali-daling tumaas ng hagdan.

She followed her husband's orders at nagluto na nga ng breakfast nila. Just bacon and pancakes will do for now. May exam siya ng 8:30AM kaya kailangan niya ng heavy breakfast!

Pagkababa muli ni Yego ay bihis na ito at nakaligo. And damn, he looks so hot with that worn-out dark blue shirt which he tucked in a pair of dark wash jeans. No wonder half of the girls in their university wants him! Senior na ang asawa niya pero naririnig niya ang pangalan nito kahit sa ibang mga batches lalo na sa mga freshmen.

"Ano pang tinatayo-tayo mo diyan? Let's eat," utos nito sa kanya as he sat sa head chair ng dining table. "After breakfast, maligo ka na kaagad."

Tumango lamang siya and started eating. Then she took a bath after and wore a white polo shirt dress and white sneakers. She needs to be comfortable dahil apat ang classes niya sa araw na to.

"What are you wearing?" singhal kaagad ni Yego ng makita siyang pababa galing sa second floor. Naghihintay ito ngayon sa sala at nakaupo sa couch.

She looked at her clothes and then back at Yego. "A white shirt dress?"

"That's not a dress. That's just a long sleeved polo top. Go back in the room and wear some bottoms for goodness' sake!" iritang utos nito.

"Ha? This is a dress. It's longer than a usual long sleeved polo shirt," pagdadahilan niya.

Umiling si Yego. "From where I'm standing at right now, you're wearing just a top with your panties and that's all. Sa tingin mo ba makaka-concentrate ang mga katabi mo sa classroom kapag ganyan ang suot mo?"

She just breathed deeply and smiled. "Okay, I'll change," she said and went back up again. Pinagisipan pa naman niya ang susuotin ngayon para magmukhang maganda sa paningin ni Yego pero mukhang hindi nito nagustuhan. She just changed into a pair of ripped jeans and a white turtleneck sleeveless shirt.

Pagbaba niya ng hagdan ay wala na siyang narinig sa binata tungkol sa suot niya. He looks pleased that he changed.

"Let's go! Bilisan mo!" he said and stood up, leaving her behind.

She just shrugged and quickly followed him. Medyo high talaga yata ang asawa niya dahil sa bilis ng pagbabago ng mood nito.
