"I can't believe I lost him," Katara said sorrowfully, Sokka stands beside his sister while Yue stands beside me placing her hand on my shoulder. "You did everything you could, and now we need to do everything we can to get him back," Sokka said, "Zuko can't have gotten far. We'll find him. Aang's gonna be fine," Katara nods her head. Sokka then faces me, "Hey Amaya, you said you know where Zuko is right? "

"I think so, it's like Aang and I are connected somehow," I said.  We all then hopped on Appa and headed further north. As we were flying I began to hear strange noises in my head something about the moon and the ocean spirits, suddenly I heard it booming loud as day, "Someone's going to kill them?"

Kill them? I thought, kill who? then a flashing blue light shoots through the sky.

"Look, that's gotta be Aang! Yip-yip!" Katara said as she whips the reins on Appa's horns.

"There I see him," I said pointing down to see Aang on the cold snow. Appa lands while Katara slides off.

"Here for a rematch,"  Zuko said as he assumes an offensive stance, "  Trust me Zuko, it's not going to be much of a match,"

Katara uses waterbending to launch Zuko into the air before plummeting him down to the ground, knocking him out.  Sokka runs towards Aang to untie him while Zuko lays there unconscious.

"Hey, this is some quality rope!"

"We need to get to the oasis; the spirits are in trouble!"

Aang then airbends himself up atop Appa, then stares at the unconscious stranger.

"Wait, we can't just leave him here,"

"Sure we can. Let's go," Sokka said hurriedly

"No, if we leave him he'll die,"

Aang airbends himself off Appa and retrieves Zuko, bringing him to Appa, "Yeah, this makes a lot of sense. Let's bring the guy who's constantly trying to kill us," Sokka said sarcastically.

As we made our way back to the tribe the moon suddenly turns red. All of a sudden I felt drained, like as if my energy was sucked out for some reason.

Yue grabs her head. "Yue are you okay?" asked Sokka, "I feel faint," she replied, " I feel it, too. The Moon Spirit is in trouble," Aang said.

"I owe the Moon Spirit my life," Yue said, "What do you mean?" Sokka asked. Yue was hesitant, then she looked in my direction, "It's okay Yue, tell them," I said reassuringly.

" When I was born I was very sick and very weak. Most babies cry when they're born, but I was born as if I was asleep, my eyes closed. Our healers did everything they could.  They told my mother and father I was going to die. My father pleaded with the spirits to save me. That night, beneath the full moon, he brought me to the oasis and placed me in the pond. My dark hair turned white.  I opened my eyes and began to cry, and they knew I would live. That's why my mother named me Yue. For the moon,"

We then finally made it to the tribes' palace. As all jumped off of Appa and dashed towards the secret entrance to the spirit oasis. We then readied ourselves, facing our foe. Zhao, in his hand the moon spirit.

" Don't bother," Zhao growled as he lifts the sack up threatening to kill the moon spirit.

"Zhao, don't!" Aang said putting his hands up in surrender.

"It's my destiny, to destroy the moon and the Water Tribe," he said, his determination clouding his judgment. That who was going to kill the spirits, and from the fire nation. I wasn't surprised, to say the least.

"Destroying the moon won't hurt just the Water Tribe. It will hurt everyone, including you.  Without the moon, everything would fall out of balance. You have no idea what kind of chaos that would unleash on the world," Aang said.

"He is right Zhao," said a voice, I turned around, an old man wearing a cloak. He must be a fire nation, but is he helping us?

"General Iroh, why am I not surprised to discover your treachery?" Zhao asked calmly.

"I'm no traitor, Zhao, the Fire Nation needs the moon, too; we all depend on the balance. Whatever you do to that spirit I'll unleash on you ten-fold. Let it go, now!" He yelled.

Zhao releases the koi fish into the oasis, he hesitates before striking the koi fish with a fire slice out of anger. Then something within me snapped, as though I've unlocked something, some type of new power. I then stamped the ground as a chunk of earth then levitates and punched it straight for Zhao's head which knocks him to the ground, I then raised my fists as more earth began to float, knocking over two other fire nation soldiers with the help of General Iroh's fire bending. Then I felt the faint feeling again as I staggered to the ground Aang and Yue then started to hold me.

"I got you," Aang said, "You okay?"

"I'm fine, just a little light-headed," I said, We all were looking on in disbelief as we move towards the water, "There's no hope now, it's over," Yue said as Iroh picks up the dead fish.

" No, it's not over," Aang said as his arrows lit up once more.

Aang stands in a meditative stance as La circles him. Then he drops in the water,  The energy moves to the edge of the oasis, rising up to form a giant amphibious-like creature. Iroh then places the fish in the pond.

"It's too late, it's dead," said Katara.

Iroh then turns to Yue, her eyes began to glow a blue light. "You have been touched by the Moon Spirit, maybe some of its life is in you,"

"Yes, you're right," Yue said with determination, "It gave me life, maybe I can give it back,"

Sokka reaches to stop her, "No! You don't have to do that,"

"It's my duty, Sokka," Yue said,

"I won't let you! Your father told me to protect you,"

"I have to do this,"

Yue then makes her way to the dead fish. She then places her hands and closes her eyes. A faint white glow is seen then suddenly she collapses.

"Yue!" I cried as Sokka catches her. "No! She's gone, she's gone" Sokka said, tears streamed down my face. I couldn't believe it, she is really gone. Suddenly the koi fish began to wiggle, as Iroh places the fish in the water, suddenly the entire lake begins to light up until energy floats up into the air forming an image of Yue. She turned to me and smiled as she holds my hand, then turns to Sokka.

"Goodbye, Sokka, I'll always be with you," she said as she kissed him one last time. Then the moon reappeared in the sky. The next morning me and Sokka stand on the ledge looking at the moon.

"The spirits gave me a vision when Yue was born. I saw a beautiful, brave, young woman become the Moon Spirit," Uncle Arnook said as he enters to meet up, "I knew this day would come," he sighed.

"You must be proud," Sokka said,

"So proud ... and sad," replied my uncle. "Yue said that she had a dream that she was beckoned to be with the moon spirit," I said, "I guess it was a prophetic dream that came true," I cast my head down, "I still can't believe she's gone,"  I said as tears roll down my face.

"Yeah me neither," Sokka replied comforting me.

"I know you both loved Yue, but she has her duty, and that is to bring balance as the moon spirit."
