"Hey guys! Thanks for coming, I've been so bored. But come in!" I welcomed them into my house.
"Did you know that we literally live like 3 minutes away from you? We walked here in 10." Michael said walking into my kitchen.
"How did I not know you guys were moving in?" I asked, jumping onto my counter to sit, swinging my legs.
"No idea but we didn't eat and to be honest I'm starving, got any snacks?" Luke said looking around.
"Yeah, you can go through the pantry if you want, you can eat whatever just stay away from the banana chips, they're my moms." I told them chuckling at my mom and her obsession with banana chips.
"Okay, thanks." Luke laughed and Michael gave me a thank you nod.
I turned my head to look at Calum but he was already staring at me. We made eye contact and I immediately blushed and looked down at my feet. Even in that split second he was adorable. I shouldn't think someone besides my boyfriend is adorable, this is horrible. No wonder Justin thinks I'm flirting with him. I mean how can you not he's beautiful.
"You good Ash?" Luke hit my leg walking past me with salt and vinegar chips. Michael followed him with a box of cheez-its.
"What? Uh- yeah I'm good. Do you guys need anything to drink?" I asked, trying to be a good host.
Calum raised his hand and shrugged.
"Cool, follow me. The garage fridge has more options." I jumped down from my spot and walked out the kitchen, through the door that led to the garage.
I turned the light on and walked past my car to the fridge. I opened it for Calum and stepped aside. I left my hand on the door of the fridge knowing if I let it go it would close. He leaned down into the fridge to get a better look and put his right hand on mine to stabilize himself, I think. Or he just wanted to put his hand on mine. Either way I didn't move mine but I could feel a small blush on my cheeks. He grabbed a root beer and got out of the fridge, standing up straight I could tell he had only a couple inches on me but I had more muscle. Playing drums will do that for you. He smiled at me, no teeth, just a friendly smile. I immediately noticed the lack of warmth on my hand when Calum pulled away and turned to walk back into the house. I stood there for a second replaying the smile in my mind. He gave me more feelings in that short time than Justin has ever given me. I shook my head and closed the fridge, I jogged to catch up with Calum. We got inside and Mike and Luke were on the couch talking.
"Well, I think that we should watch Supernatural instead of Vampire Diaries." Michael told Luke very seriously.
"But Damon and Stephen." Luke argued. I laughed at them and decided to join the conversation.
"But Dean, Sam, and Castiel." I argued back, I loved both shows but Supernatural was superior.
"See!" Michael said, pointing to me, "We're starting it tomorrow." I heard Calum chuckle at them. I looked at him shaking his head at his best friends.
I loved their relationship. Luke and Michael were so close. But it seemed like Luke always knew what Calum was thinking.
"You want to sit Cal? You don't have to stalk Ashton." Luke joked.
Calum just blushed and went to sit down on the couch with them. I followed, not wanting to seem rude."Look who's stalking now." I joked back, walking almost directly on top of Calum.
Calum laughed and stopped abruptly causing me to run into his back. I laughed and pushed him onto the couch. He tumbled over the side of it and sat down gracefully. I chose to sit next to him. I could've sat by Luke, I mean there's more room over there but Calum is Calum so no Luke.
