"This won't take long. It will be a short discussion" I said seriously.

"Most cases of shortness of breath are due to heart or lung conditions. Your heart and lungs are involved in transporting oxygen to your tissues and removing carbon dioxide, and problems with either of these processes affect your breathing. I guess there's a obstruction or hindrance in his pulmonary artery, right ventricle."

"And what about his heart?" Pagtatanong ng isa pang doctor.

"Yes. We all know that the pulmonary artery carries blood from the right side of the heart to the lungs to pick up a fresh supply of oxygen." Dagdag pa nang iba.

"Conduct coronary calcium scan asap, it will be a great help to us to find what the hell is wrong with his heart but like what doc Constavino said, it is malfunction or just the lungs isn't functioning well but what am discussing here is his lungs. So please, conduct CT scan, too." I said honestly because I'm saying what I think and observed. "But am sticking that the lungs is the main problem." Dagdag ko parin, ginigiit ang nalalaman ko.

"We're all doctors here. We shouldn't stand on our what ifs. So, you're saying that may problema ang lungs gayong galing naman ang dugo na nagdadala ng oxygen sa puso, tama ba pagkakaintindi ko, doc Isabelle?" Pagtatanong naman ni doc Quesiah, halatang nang-iinsulto at naiinis.

"Sabi mo nga, doctor tayo rito kaya dapat na maintindihan mo agad ang ideyang gusto kong iparating." Sagot ko naman at nagbigay ng matamis na ngiti.

"Ha! Enlighten me, don't leave me dumbfounded in your freaking shit theory." She said while smirking. What a bitch.

"Dumb-founded. Did I amaze you? Being astonished, ha?" I said while giving her a sweet smile. Yes, a li'l bit smirk, too. "Bloods circulate from heart to lungs and other parts of the body." Dagdag ko. Mukhang magsosona na ako.

"Kung nag-iisip ka, DOKTORA Quesiah, am focusing here about lungs problem. Hindi ako kumbinsido sa sinabi ni Doc Constavino kaya't nagpapaconduct ako ng heart scan, hindi ba? Kasi nga, naoperahan na siya." tanong ko sa kanila na siyang ikitinango nila.

"At hindi ka rin kumbinsido sa naisip mo kaya nagpapaconduct ka ng CT scan, tama ba?" Pabalik naman na tanong ni Ques.

If the blood go to the lungs, it wil stop flowing to others because of that hindrance what am talking about. We should say, may nakakadaloy nga pero kulang, hindi sapat."
