"I do deserve a vacation, sir." Sabay yuko ko rito para narin pahintulutan ako.

Potaena, I've been exhausted and stressed lately. Hindi sa trabaho ko kundi sa mga tao sa paligid ko. Hindi ba naman ako tigilan, sinong matutuwa? May pa espiya pang nalalaman.

Naalala ko nang nakaraang araw pagkatapos dumating ni sir Dutch at nang si Raine the bitch ay solid ang inis ko dahil sa pakiramdam nang may sumusunod sa akin. Kaya ko silang patayin pero...basta may pero. Ayaw ko madungisan pangalan ko, tutal inosente lang din ang mga 'yon.

"We need you here, doc Lia." Pagmamatigas naman nito sa akin, "How about your patients?"

"Sir, some of my patients are doing good. I already asked my collegues about my short leave and they told me that they're will be the one who take care my works here." Mahabang eksplenasyon ko rito. Nasasayang na naman laway ko. Napapa-english pa ang bobong ako, kainis.

"You're capabale of doing everything doc, specially when incase of emergency." Oh, he's clouding my mind.

"I'll take that as a compliment po but still, I want to have 3 days vacation."

"It is." And he smiled so I smile too. "Hays, okay. Just 3 days." And approved my request letter.

"Thank you sir." I said and smiled sweetly. Tumango nalang ito at inabot ang letter. "Take care of yourself."

"I will, doc. Thank you." And bowed my head and leave him to his room.

Dali dali ko namang inayos ang mga gamit ako at hinintay nalang matapos ang shift ko. Nag round muna ako at sinabi sa mga pasiyente ko na aalis muna ako ng ilang araw at bahala na ang mga kapwa doctor ko sa kanila.

"Thank you so much...really." Sabi ko sa mga kasama kong doctors ngayon dito sa cafeteria. "I feel so tired and stressed lately, alam kong gano'n din kayo pero I badly need it." Pagrarason ko.

"Nakita namin lahat nang nangyari nang mga nakaraang araw, doc Lia. I'm not going to ask you but I know, seeing how he gripped your wrist, that must be hurt so much." I know who's he talking about.

"Well, forget it. I just want a vacation." Pag-iiba ko naman ng usapan.

"Even that bitch changing colours every minute, I hate her. A two face woman." Okay, they saw too much on that day.

"So take a rest, keep safe too. We don't know who'll harm you when you're away." Doc Cons said that to me while sipping his juice.

"I can absolutely take care of myself." Pagpapakampante ko naman sa kanila.

They're worrying so much and that is feel so warm. I feel the family I'm longing for months.

"Where are you going to?" Doc Gomez asked out of the blue.

"Somewhere. A lil bit far from here."

"Where?" It was doc Ques.

"The safest place."

"Okay. You're not answering our questions." Doc Gomez rolled his eyes, he's so cute tho.

I won't tell them of course. Specially when Ques is around. I just trust one, a lil bit here and that was doc Cons.

"Montejano will be alarm about this." Naiusal ni Ques na nagugilat ikinatingin ng iba sa kanya.
