In order to reach a state of Zen, I realized that darkness is just as much a component as light is. The galaxy is lit up by innumerable stars and planets that twinkle like diamonds. They complement each other; without one, the other seems incomplete. In order to find my way through the dark, I need to light a candle. The human heart becomes heavy when surrounded by loss and despair. It takes a flicker of hope to make it dance again. A person stuck in a tunnel looks for the light at the end to signal that his struggle has not been in vain; "Let there be light".
